7:39 - Staged perfectly for men to love the garage (bike, classic muscle car, incredible super car... winter driver presumably outside?) but, like the walk in closet what's really going in here is 30 thousand xmas decorations, a mini van, and all the kids' unused crap. LOL
Crazy thing is Sean that this home IS not staged - that's the tenants rides 😯!

@@BradMcCallum i hope so, Edmonton is hurting pretty bad. I'm in construction (commercial/ industrial) its slow and the rates are low. Luckily I have income with my UA-cam channel to supplement and my wife is the social media coordinator for the AGLC so we are good. Our house is in Terwilliger just south off 23rd Ave and many of our neabors are selling. We are actually considering buying a second income property here in the same area but are wondering if the prices will drop. I've known Kristina for a few years now and she gave us incredible advice when we bought this (our first) house. The new president worries me, we need the keystone xl pipeline. I've heard that construction will go forward no matter what so this will be interesting.
Im the one who won 60 million dollars in Winnipeg on January 22/21 but had to split it up in 4 ways but my wife and i have 30million, im moving to calgary this summer and would love to have a house like this, the only thing i purchased is the 2020 Acura Nsx. I will see you soon.

Yeah you’ll usually find this is the case in areas like this as home values increase, and areas ripe for redevelopment get bought up. I like the diversity in a community.
