I drive by this home at least once a month. I've always wanted to see what it looked like inside. Great video.
Take a sip everytime Brad says "Exceptional"
I’m seeing double.... hahah
Wow! This home is totally amazing!
Another amazing Million Dollar Tour, Brad. Huge congratulations on hitting 10K subscribers! What a milestone.
Thank you my friend!!!
Brad, great presentation. I have seen a few in the past and I have to say you have been stepping it up.
It's been a while ! Always look forward to the tours Brad !!
Appreciate it!
Like I said before - absolutely love your videos!! Great Job!
Thank you! Appreciate it.
Amazing!!
It's a beautiful house, but I would have liked to have seen the two en suite bathrooms in the upstairs bedrooms.
Another great listing and video. Thx.
I really love this one, I hope more people get a chance to see it!
Hey Brad love the video. Quick question. How long does it take to, shoot, edit and publish a video like this?
Brad, you are getting so good! I wonder how much time you spend perfecting those lines because I can tell you know exactly what to say. It seems like you're producing more than before and that you are perfecting your skill. The sky is the limit. Tour the world for us. Do like Enes Yilmazer, but better. Your listing in Wildwood Drive was an awesome surprise. It is such a gem, but the previous listing did not do it justice. I love that you are doing this in Calgary, but again; the world is your stage.
Kristine! Thank you so much for your extra kind words. They really mean a lot. I've watched Enes explode on to the UA-cam scene, I'd love to do what he does! We actually are taking our show on the road this year! Hoping to film some epic tours in Toronto, Kelowna, Vancouver, Maui, Texas and potentially even Cali!
@@BradMcCallum That's exciting to hear and a great move! I'll be following along. Enes is great, but he is a bit mechanical. I enjoy the "feel" you give. Thank you for taking the real estate market in Calgary to the next level and for improving house tours online for everyone who can't get enough of them.
@@BradMcCallum I'll be here in Long Beach ready for you! Check out Naples Long Beach... it is "EXCEPTIONAL" ooops... now, I'm sipping!
The best thing about this house is if it did not have carpet, that walnut so warm
Love that!
Hell ya garage time!!
Appreciate the shout out! Heated floors, 3 car, high ceilings... I’m in (about $3M from now! LOL!)
I told you, I got you!!!!
gee, I can't make my head around why this channel doesn't get views in the 100k. Most house tour channels are either really bad, or with good editing but bad presentation. This one has everything, and to top it, it has small skits here and there. I really hope the sales are good cause the channel deserves at least that.
Awesome video as always.
Hot damn I love this comment. We pour our heart and soul into creating these. Really appreciate you sharing. We’re growing though, we will get there. The sales are off the charts 😉
@@BradMcCallum been shearing with friends and family lately. As a kid I always loved to look at houses in magazines with my grandma, and this channel offers something very close to that.
@@juamont thx so much, I’ve been up late color grading our newest upload - launching tomorrow!
“Such a special location” *trips* lmao I thought that was funny
Great recovery from preventing yourself from falling by the sliding doors
:) It's not a good home tour until I screw up!
wow
Is there any mansions in Banff, Lake Louise or canmore that you can show to us?
would be fun
wow
Thats what I said when I saw it too!
First view and like ❤️
"Spring arrives 2-3 weeks earlier"
Me, rembering the snow that fell last week at the begining of May: suuuure....
there was some snow earlier this week too
Nice house but 2.9 a bit too much. 1.9 agreeable.
@5:47 Hello there
Property tax extremely high in calgary 3M mean you will about 3k for every month, tax increment is credit to Nancy
What direction does the master retreat balcony face?
It faces north towards the river valley 😀
@@BradMcCallum thanks!
@@BradMcCallum one more question, what about flooding? Was that property affected by the flood we had a few years back?
@@PositivelyAngela Nope! This home is high up on the ridge! It's likely 70-80' above the river valley
@@BradMcCallum thank you 🙏🏽
Do you use the same San Pellegrino bottles every video?
Did you refill them with tap water? have you just never opened those bottles? Or do you just buy three new bottles every time you go to film a video
Hahaha great question. I don't do the staging, but the staging company seems to love the San Pellegrino bottles! But now you''ve got me wondering...
Ill never afford one but i watch for fun
Me too, me too. :)
@@BradMcCallum hiiiiii
Instagram link is broken also missing property link
Thanks for reminding me! I've fixed the IG and FB links - and will soon update the write-up with the link to the property on line once we're live on the MLS!
What company makes these houses?
These are built by West Ridge Fine Homes
Meil-luh .. like she-luh
I'm watching about a house that's right across from my house
Hahaha that is cool.
can i come over
If only I invested in doge coin I could have bought this place 😂😂
wow son nice home wanna live in canada
How would you define Inner City?
I'm guessing not the way you would.
@@BradMcCallum That is possible. It's why I asked rather than assuming we use the same definition.
Edit: so, I just checked out of curiosity and the real estate definition of inner city is different than the colloquial. I learned a thing!
@@WukongTheMonkeyKing haha meanwhile i just assumed i was wrong 😂
@@BradMcCallum colloquial inner city is areas with social or economic problems near downtown. Think old Inglewood, Beltline, or Sunalta. I also found a real estate map of calgary inner city and Wildwood was there on the west side.
Isn't English grand?
The only thing I’m thinking is that who will clean this house 😂 or else you have to spend extra 1000 to 2000 cad/ month for cleaning and maintenance of this house. May be people who will buy it they can definitely afford maids and servants too.
Imagine spending 2.9M on a house in fuckin Alberta
wallpaper on a million dollar homes...ummm no, thats a cheap way to design a wall smh
Whaaaaa.....? Hey, if its not for you, that's okay - BUT - wallpaper can bring something to a space that no other detail can. I love it personally.
just take it out :/
It's such like I'm watching a joker...boring...i would like to look at the house..not a joker
Bless your heart.
Luxury house :) ha ha. Have u seen luxury houses in Mediterranean for much lesser price? This is price scam.
This is a comment from someone that doesn't understand our local market, and how economic factors and location play a role in home values. The mediterranean might as well be on a different planet. What looks like a 'scam' to you, is likely just a lack of understanding about basic economics.
Who in the right frame of mind wants to spend this much money to live in Calgary? Anything over $600 K for a very nice house in Calgary is suicide.
As someone incredibly proud of the city I live in, I don't judge the people who are successful and want to put down roots and build a life here. Safe, clean, prosperous and healthy, surrounded by natural beauty - or does a little winter out weigh all of that?
