first of all THANK YOU! amazing videos, didactically superb!!! one quetion: it is said that squamous-cell carcinoma won't do metastasis... in't this wrong? or did i got it wrong =/
I saw pallisading in your SCC video too. Is the pallisading always very obvious in BCC or it could be difficult to detect at times? How can we differentiate between neoplastic squamous cells and neoplastic basaloid cells?
This was so helpful and informative! Thank you so much!
thanks, straight to the point and very helpful.

Thank you. Your students are lucky to have you.
Beautifully done!!
if basal cell carcinomas dont metastasize at all (we call them locally malignant) then WHY are they classified as malignant?!
amazing lecture, much better than the labs in our faculty
Might be necrosis not much keratin, BCCs should not keratinize too much
the healthy cells form that palisading formation. And they are met with a malignant invasion of palisading cells in response. Wow.
Thank you very much,. It was very helpful for me.
Thank you very much!
And besides that, it is classified as malignant because it can rarely metastasize in 0.005% of cases, most commonly to lungs bones and regional LN
