the healthy cells form that palisading formation. And they are met with a malignant invasion of palisading cells in response. Wow.

I saw pallisading in your SCC video too. Is the pallisading always very obvious in BCC or it could be difficult to detect at times?
How can we differentiate between neoplastic squamous cells and neoplastic basaloid cells?
