For the first time this year, we have a Golden Whistler in our garden and he was nest building recently so I am hoping we see more of him and his "wife" and hopefully a family Both Mr and Mrs Golden Whistler frequent our birdbath which I can see from our lounge window. I am very excited as we have lived here for 40 years and I had never seen one before!
@@TimSiggs - I was so excited having never seen one before. I’m hoping they have a successful breeding season 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼. We also have a satin bowerbird and my husband located his bower which was a double one! Twin “tunnels” and lots of blue goodies.
So lovely to see & hear. We are so fortunate to have so many different types of birds in Queensland. Thankyou for all the time & patience in filming & recording.
The noisy pitta Is the only bird I don't recall hearing where I live. My home backs onto the escarpment along Mt Kembla. Wollongong NSW . There are many more birds I could add and ones I haven't yet identified. I love my morning bird calls so much I can't imagine never hearing them again.
@@TimSiggs I have medical conditions that keep me at home more often then not. Meditation while hearing all the birds singing gives that time so much more.
There is a call from a different bird at 2:42 in the background, im trying to identify a bird call that i used to hear frequently in rural NSW and i think it may have been similar.
This footage really is fantastic. Thanks so much again for sharing these divine little creatures with us.
Thanks so much, we are really blessed to have so much beauty around us.

Glad you enjoyed it! You are welcome.
bonitas aves👏👏👏👏👍👍
Thanks so much.
Fabulous, I had never seen a Cat Bird calling before (certainly have heard one though). Beautifully presented as well!!
Yes, they are very well camouflaged and often against the light. Such intelligent birds too. Many thanks for your comment.
Never seen most of those birds before. Thanks Tim!! 🦜
These birds have so much charisma and it is a shame to see their habitat disappearing so fast. Thanks for your support as always.

Nailed-it! How good is this
It always surprises me how much I have accumulated over the years but then I look at my hard drives :)
So lovely to see & hear.

Many thanks, so many special sounds. They take me to some amazing places. Much appreciated.
Very well done. I take a lot of footage of Australian birds so I know how much time and hard work this would have taken. Thanks so much for sharing.
Many thanks! The effort is worth the reward in the end.
Pittas are one of the most unique birds. Australia has so many unique birds. 🙂
Pittas are my favorite as you can tell from my logo!
Outstanding Tim. Your video is getting even better. And such elusive birds as well. Amazing footage of the Logrunner and Pitta !
Cheers, Richard
Thanks Richard, yes, some of these guys are a challenge but the reward is worth the effort and the many times I come home with nothing!
Wonderful, just as inspiring as part one .. I listen to it to help me chill out .. thank you 🙏🏻 ☺️
You're welcome 😊I hope you get to chill out!!
What are the calls in the background for Noisy Pitta from?

Sounds wonderful. I agree about the songs and calls. Food for the soul.

Noisy Pitta has such amazing plumage! Where are they native? up north?
Yes, indeed. They are present through much of the Queensland coast and into New South Wales.

Grey Fantail is your bird.
