@Tim Petty Yes, the bigger one, Gon, is so often nervous and wants to feel safe when eating. Or finding the food himself, not near Miu or the woman. When the woman pushes the food up his face, he would just turn his head away. He ate better before, when he was on his own.
@Tim Petty Miu is supposed to be small like that her legs are supposed to be small like that also. Why don't you go look at other baby monkeys that are the same breed as she is and you will clearly see they are small when they are babies.

@@Lovesongs-Deathdance research stub tail monkeys. They have a very different temperment than what you are accustomed. Pigtails are skinny babies.

From a monkey baby at this age, I usually expect a sense of discovery, curiosity and above all, joy in life - just as Miu is.The only thing that really interests this monkey is food. No matter if it is dirt from the ground, food seems to heal his soul and that is very sad.He does not interact with Miu, not the slightest sign of communication between the two Babys Either this little guy is really depressed and has only experienced bad things in his tiny life or he gets no chances to develop!?It is striking that each time he is interrupted by lifting and touching - please let him just be a monkey kid and make his own experiences.

you do a nice job. monkeys need discipline and training to go with all the love. eating everywhere and roaming whereever will be hard when they are older.

Someone emailed and tells me this woman doesn't read English so comments are a waste of time. I suggested time outside so Miu and Gon would have sunshine, some kind of swing set for them to play
on and a toy bottle for Gon so he would get milk, to stop bathing Gon so much, but she ignores and Gon suffered because of it. Oh, well, we tried.

he's upset with you all, you are showing that baby monkey too much attention so he feel neglected that's why he's turned his back to the little baby monkey, he's refusing to eat because he's used to all the attention and now your husband brought a little baby monkey home and that's taking attention away from him so that's why he's acting like that, he's doing it just like a real human child do when Mama have another baby. What kind if monkey if gon? He don't look like a pigtail, mui looks like a mix of pigtail and long tail from the temple. But gon does not, anyone know or is he just an out of the ordinary looking pigtail monkey o
He is a Stump tailed macaque. Sometimes called Bear monkey.
They are pretty close to extinction in many countries, and therefor illegal to hunt, trade or own in, for example Vietnam!! 😢
