Hanako and Tsukasa are both well written yandere characters (Tsukasa obviously more extreme than Hanako) because their behavior is consistent and make sense to the character, without them coming off as two-faced and fake. (SPOILERS) When Hanako keeps Nene in the fake world, he's literally keeping her captive. Kidnapping a loved one is not new to a yandere character, but Hanako doesn't do it out of jealousy and selfishness, he's just trying desperately to change her future, as the alternative is death. Tsukasa is amazing too, as I feel pulling his character off must be a lot more challenging. Childish like his brother, but lacking in empathy. He's just so perfect, in a way. He's scary, unpredictable and vile, and they are able to showcase this without needing to make Tsukasa laugh hysterically while showered in blood. His psychopathy is so eerily realistic, and that makes it scarier than if the writer exaggerated as most do when it comes to yandere characters.
