I mean that’s overwatch in a nutshell. Something happens blame everyone that’s not yourself. Fun game but terrible community overall.

I think that maybe the ult dmg or max dmg radius should be buffed if you have an empowered punch before activating it, that way you have either higher dmg at the max radius so its more effective against tanks or buff the radius so its more likely to actually hit someone.
Also, make it to where the kill radius reaches the sky box
I like that but maybe also after you come out of your ult you get empowered punch, or have a way to make block empower your slam too

They should just increase the maximum damage of the outer radius from 100 to 150, right now the damage is laughable on dps characters and healers. This or reverse the ult charge nerf.

while i agree the hog changes werent a rework. i wouldnt say he is the same character with the same weaknesses and better strengths.
stuns dont matter as much on him now since Breather is a resource like matrix.
his attack is more all rounded for more consistent damage even though its now impossible to one shot combo without the mine trap
ana still bodies him.
side note, remember when breather was an ability where you couldnt move when using it and did NOT give damage reduction when using it? trash ability xd
He can one shot it's just much more difficult to do

The thing with Hog is that he is strong IF AND ONLY IF, he plays the right maps AND the enemy team isn't running Ana. Hog's breather buff WOULD put him in the A tier, but the fact that the circumstances have to be exact for him to get value puts him in B tier for me.
NOT TO MENTION, the Hog mirror mid fight is SOOOOO boring... Neither can push up until someone uses hook. Until that happens, you just stand there waiting for ult charge to farm. His Pig Pen is cool though

Would be way better but 50 might be too much healing, i know ana mains would complain
should get the sleepdart treatment imo, 50% healing will be a mess to communicate visually unless you already know it doesnt stop healing on tanks

i honestly liked the doom v hog matchup when hog was meta, cause even though he was strong af, you could bait his hook and cancel his vape. After many games i legit found it challenging fun.
This hog is still weaker than the meta hog imo, its just a bit annoying that you cant cancel vape.
The "rework" hog needed was literally just supports nerfs, since he still gets shut down by ana or zen.

Ever since his rework hogs become a legitimate doom counter now, before, u just cancel his heal and pound him 😉, now you can’t do that anymore, and his hook is almost instadeath on doom

The slow walking movement she did is something that can only be done on joystick
He isn’t necessarily buffed he just ran has the chance to not waste an ability and actually be more of a team tank while maintaining his hook combo
There are several ults that are deadly, in the game, that don't have much or any delay on activation. Why does Doomfist's? I'm not saying it needs to be instant, but the activation time(generous warning it provides) could be shortened and it would be a lot better. Might actually be able to use it for something other than an escape. D:
When a Reaper has ult, you know not to get near him. When a Soldier has ult, you know you need to have cover. Why not, when DF has ult, you need to get away from him? JQ's is nearly instant, also a tank. Grav provides no escape. Ram. Even monkey.
We know, they're more likely to nerf it than ever buff it. Maybe Zbar is at fault for that, providing them stats that indicate DF is fine. :)

You look at most tank ults, you have Hammond who has a warning, junkerqueen, sigma, and orisa(kinda?), d.va. I would argue most of the ults that don’t are really situational like hogs and or monkeys. Really the only exceptions are Zarya and reins which don’t do massive damage but rely on follow up by the team. I think doomfist ult does need a buff but as someone who always dreads being against a doom I am kinda glad, like it is so frustrating to play when he is really balanced.

doom and bastion competing for worst ult. which is funny consider they're both basically the same thing with doom just being worse.
new hog is so good against doom
While it would probably cause even more bugs, what if Doom's punch was changed so only the first person he punches gets the full stun effect. Then it can be buffed up to a 1 second stun while any collateral hits only take 0.5 seconds or so. He'd be more consistent in getting eliminations but not quite as strong against full teams grouped together.

The movement was something you can only do with a joystick
you can't slow strafe on PC because of the WASD movement keys. you can on controller because it's a joystick
@@zbratoo Hello Mr. Bra, you actually can do analog movement like that on PC if you have an analog keyboard like the wooting or any clones of it such as the razer huntsman or steelseries apex keyboard. Analog keyboards are getting more and more popular now due to them giving you almost perfect and accurate inputs.

As a doom main I totally agree. They should buff the hell out of if somehow. Even more damage is OK because now it hardly kills anyone and you get punished a lot even if you manage to somehow hit. Not to mention how long it takes to land giving everyone enough time to run away to counter you. And the worst part is sometimes you hit the roof or an upper level of the place you want. It really needs a buff or a change. Doom overall needs a buff
Prob how it should be, the one thing that for sure gets you out should not one shot most people.

Ana was moving slowly. Keyboards can't do this since it's not a sensitive touch. Only controllers can do this.....expect anything before the N64 ps1 era

That hanzo should have died. Its a shame, i swear doom is the most hated tank by the devs. Buff the damm ult, give him damn 100 armor, and no way a cass grenade should block your movements WHILE YOU'RE DOING THEM. Doom has too many counters, and is overall weak. Damm devs
From my personal game experience, that Hog you played against was awful... no offense to him or anything. My Hog games have been cracked and almost unbeatable, especially on Doomfist. That Hog missed numerous hooking opportunities that would have messed you up quite a bit. Awesome dub as always though!

probably because you are putting yourself in a disadvantage and its unorthodox to play OW on pc with a controller. It's not necessarily bad
analog sticks are just less precise for aiming than a mouse. movement however controllers do have more input on because keyboard movement is binary, there are keyboards that have analouge pressure sensitive keys (however hard you push W is how fast you move forward ) which is probably what the ana in this video is using.
Really? I can still aim pretty good with controller and my controller is like 4 years old. Might just be me then cuz i can still hit headshots even at low deadzone its just harder

Usually dive tanks are better especially on the 1st 2 points. When hog use to be able to hook people off high ground super consistent he was good on that map but now its too much high ground for him to contest
