In this whole video there where a total of 4 people in the car so probably +320kg extra weight but still it doesn’t seem as fast as it should be, especially after 280kph it delivers almost the same power as stock. Must be something weird with the tune or something. AutoTopNL made mutiple videos of the same car and it just looks just as slow, it should climb way faster to 307 kph considering the 800hp it has. And yes, the extra weight should make a difference but it can’t be this much.

I'm a huge fan of bmw but talk about facts, it's not possible it can only go at 307kmh with the same HP as the M6 G-Power who reached at 372kph, bmw need to add the old tachimetr with 400kmh too
In a setting like the very beginning I'd be terrified to speed through thinking what if a deer jumps out.

4:05 sad to see scratched front bumper and it has speed limiter at 307 km/h ?
Well, we actually don’t know but here is something weird with this tune, it should climb way faster from 250 to 300 than it does and it could hardly reach 307 while it easily has to hit 315 so we don’t really know what is causing this. This video was shot with 3 passengers but that shouldnt make that much of a difference right?

@@lazariusmtb we also couldn’t get the launch control working. It just would not engage but please keep in mind we had 4 persons in the car.
love this car but the launch control was bad should be around 2.5s
We agree, we also had a total of 3 passengers in the car and we couldn’t activate the actual launch control. This was just brake boosting

I think this m8 is stock. The 0-100 is really bad if this car have 800ps. My m850i GC has stock 3.8 sek 0-100

Tough the same. That thing is for real slow for that amount of Power. Maybe something is with the Tune. I think even the non tuned reaches 300 faster than this one... sus
Seems like it loses power from 280kph, after that its almost as fast as an stock m8 comp

We forgot to measure the numbers at the german outobahn so we’ve recorderd those later on a different location where there was no space for higher speeds. We will add them next time.

Your M8 seems slow. There is a video of a 650 Gran coupe xdrive 0-60mph in 2.8 seconds. 10.7@127mph in the quarter. Would eat this M8. He only has tune and downpipes.

Cause you have no taste. I´ve seen both many Times, and the GT63S just looks boring and gets barely noticed when its driving around. The M8 on the other Hand has like a ´´Wow Effect´´ and gets attention almost instantly when you see it. It looks big and really aggressive, you can just tell its not a ´´normal´´ Car. The Interior on the GT63S looks good, but not as good or sporty as the M8.
