Efforts are made to keep her happy as mother's emotions and psychology affect the fetus.
Elders advice her on dos and donts to ensure no harm comes to the fetus. She listens to kirtans, bhajans and pleasant music. A lot of care is taken to ensure the child has the best chance of coming out normal and healthy, and the mother is strong enough to take proper care of it.

Yes its very true we babysit neighbours child and feed them without asking for anything in return,its kind of impossible for westerners to imagine that babysitting is done free here , we love each other and do care
