@@angelanelson4994 hi! It’s so hard to know, I think things are going to gradually improve. So home prices going up 4-5% each year and rates settling around 5.5% is what I think. But it would be tough to know. I wish I could know before it happens. I do think this next administration are going to work fast to better the economy… so we’ll see! How soon are you hoping to move out here?

Are you expecting a shift in purchasing prices in idaho after the presidential change in office? We're looking in the Rigby/Rexburg area...
