Seems pretty reasonable as far as property tax, HOA, utilities and gas. I pay 3.2k for property tax (2170 sqft) and 1k for HOA(mowing included) here in a good area in Indiana. Groceries are sky high everywhere in the country you have to shell out $10 to buy the good eggs. How about homeowner insurance and auto insurance?
Oh that is a good question! Auto insurance is definitely cheaper, mine went down significantly when I moved to Idaho. I was only paying like $86/month for 1 vehicle AND my renters insurance combined with USAA. Home insurance, depends on what you do, I have seen around $120/month
