  • Step Downs target the inner quad. These can be under powered especially in cyclists. This exercise helps identify strength imbalances between the left and right legs and keeps the vastus medialis activated and strong. Balanced quad muscles keep the knee tracking correctly, avoiding overuse injuries.
    This is part of the "Can I?" Strength Series and used to strengthen and balance common weak areas in runners and cyclists.
