How do you sharpen that hawkbill blade?

Hi there. The budding knife does come with its own sharpening steel which with slow strokes across the grain of blade, will help keep it sharp for many years to come. Make sure the blade is clean before you start sharpening so as you don't foul the blade with any grit or dirt between the blade and the sharpening steel.
