What I find interesting about this plane is that the plane itself is not extremely special, its design is actually somewhat realistic and it's shown as being flawed from the start with that instability and the High-G Lock in AC6. It's the SP Weapons that it carries that make it special, and it was made just for that.
@@EvilXero359 the x-02 is not actually based on the x-29 Just because it has forward swept wings doesn’t mean that it’s based off of the x-29, it could just as much be based off of the su-47 and I couldn’t find any sources saying it was based on either. It might just be that the designers thought that forward swept wings that could fold would look cool
@@EvilXero359 and x-02’s design is not realistic at all, as during the folding process the wings would break off entirely, when folded in it would have no vertical stabilisers resulting in large amounts of drifting whenever there is one tiny mistake, and despite the fact there would be no place to put the fuel you can still use it for long range missions, but I guess that it’s just for gameplay purposes just like why the rest of the points that I made don’t happen
Still my favorite original design in the series. The design is more grounded in reality than most others, looking like a futuristic variation of the Sukhoi Su-27 lineage. The weapons are also the best to me. The ADMM system is extremely fun to use and the railguns can easily take out nearly anything no matter how maneuverable or well armored it is. I hope it makes an appearance in AC7. If it does I'll probably fly it quite a lot.
What’s cool is that it looks like an F-35 and Su-27 had a baby which is the CFA-44 the dashboard looks straight out of the F-35’s cockpit so we can assume this would be something US and Russia would make if they just worked together
Yeah, it's definitely has Mig 29 and Sukhoi 27 DNA within its appearance architecture and vestiges it's weapon systems are what make it unique it's kind of like a revolutionary fighter plane in that regard as every other generation 5 fire plane is more evolutionary me personally I think the Ace Combat series Hit Upon a very truly unique airplane it does appear to have some fusion elements of American and Russian Aesthetics but it's primarily a Russian appearing plane with a Japanese twist and maybe some American styling here and there but kind of like the master chief of the flight simulators I think they really hit upon something unique and compelling I do like the backstory in his assault Horizon of it having been originally a aircraft of the Soviet Union it seems like something they would have done possibly something that bankrupted their economy LOL but it lives on like everything else
Actually in regards to modern aircraft with fly by wire technology instability is a good thing. It makes the aircraft much more maneuverable and allows some of the crazy maneuvers that you can see the Su-27 series and F-22 using. Simply the electronics make the aircraft not just usable but more effective in spite of being unstable.

4:37 Well....technically it uses a metamaterial to absorb the electromagnetic waves. BUT the thing with MOST metamaterials is that they only usually hide you from a very narrow frequency of the EM spectrum. In fact I think that you can be hidden from narrow frequency of radar, while at the same time it doesn't hide you from other frequencies of radar. In addition while metamaterials may hide you from a very narrow frequency, it will make you MUCH visible on ALL OTHER FREQUENCIES.....so I guess that sorta explains why the Nosferatu has light stealth characteristics...prob, because of this handicap. However, there is some theoretical work suggesting that specially constructed metamaterials may be able to hide u from a broader range of frequencies. Although I am not quite sure what the visibility will be like for the frequencies that it doesn't hide you from :/
You left out that there are actually two variants of the CFA-44 in Ace Combat 6. The other is the prototype and can only be unlocked by getting an S Rank on all missions on all difficulties.
Had a shitload of fun drifting in that thing. And crashing, but its not like i flew straight the first time i played Ace combat, which was my first flying game. Arcady at first, but i found the options for more realistic turning.
Warwolf 1, I know that this plane would not be that easy to get... but still, I would play the easy difficulty first then once I'm good at it, I'll progress the next difficulty next and once I get used to that again, I'll do it again on even harder difficulty... I once did this before in Joint Assault (PSP) and even finished those pesky traitors (GAF-1) with only ADF-01 FALKEN in the hardest (Ace) difficulty with rank S... Although I do also doubt that the CFA-44 Nosferatu can be inside some sort of buy-able DLC for Skies Unknown, hopefully it is or not...
Echs One I see you are an ace of culture as well. 👏 Neucom aircraft is iconic as a future streamlined aircraft that puts the COFFIN system as standard with neural control and application of more delicate aerodynamics. I use R-101 Delphinus and XFA-27 as my main aircraft, unlike most other players in Infinity. XFA-27 is my more used due to multi-role tasks, and in the right hands, can sweep faster than other multi-lock missiles carried by more popular models, but CFA-44's railguns is peerless when facing boss targets with anti-missile capabilities like the QFA-44 and its laser drones.
Yayo' Ariowibowo I'll only concide the SU-37's status if you promise to use the livery of the Federal Erusean Air Force 156th Tactical Fighter Wing Aquila or Gault

CFA-44 Nosferatu overtook its time by a good 10-20 years. Assuming that the action in Ace Combat 7 takes place after the conflict with AC6, it is possible that CFA-44 would appear in AC7. Emmeria probably found a few unfinished copies of Nosferatu and sent them to Yuktobania, Osea and Erusea for evaluation tests. Finally, the electromagnetic gun from CFA-44 in 2019 went to the F/A-18 Super Hornet equipment. Ace Combat Fan, I would like to see in your series about aircraft with AC Lockheed Martin F-22, by the way showing what would happen if Raptor received the on-board version (F-22N Sea Raptor), two-seater version (F-22B) and bomber variant (FB-22 Strike Raptor).
In Ace Combat there are many original machines like ADFX Morgan, XFA-33 or CFA-44, which are not known outside the world of Ace Combat. But fighters from our world had versions that never went beyond the design or prototype phase and are little known. The best example is the F-15N Seagle, which was an alternative to F-14 Tomcat. Or the fact that the Lockheed L-133 Starjet could be the world's first jet-powered jet fighter. Or the production was only considered for the export of the F-16 with the J79 engine.
I swear the CFA-44's ADMM has the most satisfying target lock-on sound in the game. Approach a group of targets, swap to it, and watch 12 targets be quickly selected, just waiting for the trigger to be pulled. Or the next best weapon is the CFA deciding to go full Evil Dead and pulls out two railguns.

CFA-44 nosferatu: Russian answer to American XFA-27 phoenix (USAF) and X-02 wyvern (US NAVY and USMC), the nosferatu's airframe design and weapon system was heavily inspired by XFA-27(except the railgun). I think the majority of the Nosferatu’s design is heavily influenced by Sukhoi aircrafts both current and experimental production. The Sukhoi’s fuselage were famous for its versatile design including the addition of canards, the top section folding Airbrakes, similar front air Intake, landing gear, and sleek aerodynamic cues taken from the Su-27 Flanker families and the new PAK FA fighter (now known as the Su-57 Felon). Second, The engine nozzles are are borrowed from the experimental Rockwell-Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm X-31, an experimental jet fighter designed to test fighter thrust vectoring technology in collaboration with American manufacturer Rockwell and Germany’s Messerschmitt Bölkow-Blohm, 2 aircraft were built with only one survived. The cockpit is somewhat a similarity of an F-35. The delta wing takes cues of the Su-57, but with extensions to make it look like a “kite” shape, which most of the time the extensions are found in experimental or ultralight aircraft.

To be honest the CFA-44 is more of a cross between American and Russian technology. So I would consider that this is plane would be the result if both countries develop a plane together.
I usually take the XFA-27 as my ace pilot craft. But if it is standard issue craft, I'll take Neucom's models any day instead of the typical F-22s and Su-37s.

The Nosferatu is my favourite looking plane from the AC universe
Then after 2 years of this video’s creation the CFA-44 has appeared in ac7
XFA-27 when?
Could you please make a video on the XR-45 Cariburn??
Finally, AC6 gets some recognition

@@christianarboleda7872 Can't believe I wrote this a year ago
You mean, in the PC version of Assault Horizon, the CFA-44 can be unlocked be playing through the Story Mode?
>No mention of the Mach Storm CFA is modified to carry 12 (possibly 13) Standard missiles
Mach storm 「FA-44 Block60」
AC6「CFA-44」
I think FA-44 is a standard model without a special weapon and UAV.
I think CFA-44 as a super weapon that can use EML, ADMM, and UAV is a "Commander Fighter Attacker"
But this is my delusion, so please don't worry.
I hope we see it in Ace Combat 7.
C4islife i hope so too
Probably in DLC, now that the game is out.
It says that at the end of Ace Combat Infinity that the QFA-44 was discovered over Moscow.
To be honest the CFA-44 is more of a cross between American and Russian technology. So I would consider that this is plane would be the result if both countries develop a plane together.
One of my favorites
I'm late but apparently the ecm pods were able to shoot beams (lasers) to destroy the homing capability of missiles and blind pilots
Imagine if this aircraft were built in real life, it can eclipse the F-35 and F-22 in terms of speed, agility, weaponry and combat performance.
Then who was flickering the lights?
man, i want this monster in Ace combat 7. i don't care if it's a secret plane or a DLC, i want it!
One shot ADMM...change the course of battle... I love it..
The CFA-44 is my favorite fighter jet
Love how the devs said the number was 44 because of the 44 magnum
Quick, everyone go and tell PA this is what we want to see in the next DLC for AC7, new aircraft dlc was announced!
Predicted!
There's new information about this plane in Aces At War: A History 2019. Time for an update!
My favorite futuristic Ace combat jet from my favorite squadron Strigon and my favorite Strangereal country Estovakia.Yuktobania is my second
I usually take the XFA-27 as my ace pilot craft. But if it is standard issue craft, I'll take Neucom's models any day instead of the typical F-22s and Su-37s.
hells yes do more videos on strange real aircraft please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For us ac fans who has Ac6 as our first game because it’s on Xbox, this is Christmas
I’d like this to come to AC7 with it’s modern (Classic in Strangereal terms) looks but mainly because I’d like the instability come into play in a Post Stall Manouvre.
