Start by boiling one bundle of the sweet potato starch noodles for 5-6 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water and cut up with scissors. Next make the sauce which is 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 of sesame oil and 1 tbsp of brown sugar. I sprayed the pan with oil and I started with sliced onions, cooked for a few minutes, removed from pan, then spray oil again and the sliced shiitake mushrooms, repeated this process with bell peppers, carrots, spinach, garlic and green onions. Then it’s just assembling all the ingredients in the bowl with the noodles, sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

She might not be good with languages. Or remembering sounds or foreign words. She butchers Japanese words too like furikake. I don't think it's dyslexia, but a hearing/memory thing.

Thanks for the delicious recipe. I recommend that you fry the onions last. It contains acids that will remove the brown crust left by other vegetables from the pan.
This recipe is great! 👍 However, just a little comment, instead of using the oil spray because it might cause the smoke & burn then it’s not healthy for your veggies; then you should use the light cooking Olive Oil for sautéed your Veggies is more healthier. Hope this will help your cooking technique healthier.
YES! This! Unless you are BAKING in a glass dish, I do not suggest using cooking spray. It's not good on your pans and it's just all together better for flavor and cooking to use straight up oil, nothing from a spray can.
@@FrogeniusW.G.I'm half Korean. I think she's doing it on purpose 😂 I hope there's a Korean American girl out there teaching Vietnamese recipies & telling everyone how to pronounce those dishes like an Ewok.

It does not matter how she pronounced it. It's how accurately she cooks it. We all have our native tongues and some can be really tongue twister to us like my russian is definitely a tongue twister to other foreign language. She is vietnamese and oh my, her language is quite difficult, too 😪🤦🏼♀️
I think your pan might be burning? 😅 I'm not completely sure but you're a better cook than me ahah - but just in case you thought it wasn't burning or you didn't know abt it ahah bc I know burnt pan can be dangerous to eat and overtime it can be dangerous so maybe you can use a little more oil just in case?

Dr fuhrman discusses salt. We eat too much and there is already salt naturally in the food. Salt is corrosive to the blood vessels and can cause hemorogic stroke. Asians have most of these due to the high amount of salt. American have the most ischemic strokes clot
And yet Asians outlive Americans 😂 There isn't any added salt. The only sodium source is soy sauce & it's minimal. You can always use lite soy sauce & a little *TW* MSG 🤭

Oh! I thought it was chopchay. It was and is my favorite to eat when I was in Korea. And anytime in the states. I know this bc the noodle is sweet potato and has that dingy color almost clear.

She should have mixed sesame oil into the noodles earlier.
Onion fried too much and remember sesame oil bit black pepper. NO garlic 😕
“Japcha” “duboki” I’m convinced she’s pronouncing them wrong on purpose at this point 😅

Olive oil doesn’t work for East Asian dishes. Sesame oil is ideal if not straight up lard
