I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Thank you for highlighting that married men have a better quality of life than unmarried men because men online have been trying to devalue to worth of a woman by aggressively asking 'what do you bring to the table? Why should we get married?' I don't think the majority of men will truly appreciate the real value of women until women refuse to support them. Even if a man is unmarrried, they still depend on their mothers, grandmothers, sisters and female friends. But still have the nerve to ask what women bring to the table.

Simon, In western culture women are discouraged, burned out, and exhausted. We feel unappreciated and unloved. Now with MGTOW, women feel hopeless. As for Marylin Monroe, can anyone say she was truly loved? No. Lusted after, sure, but that is of no value. She was severely insecure also. Women see this and wonder, how can the average woman succeed and have what they desire, namely love. Your thoughts?

If you think that they should be 50/50, then they don't need partners in the first place bacause they don't complement each other.

@@imatabb3646 No one is talking about transgender agenda, transgender is purely physical expression and im talking about men's feminine inner nature. "Real masculine men" what that even means? Definitely not a way to fullfillment. Testosterone is a masculine hormone and estrogen is a feminine hormone btw. Ofc it should be 50/50 if a person wants to reach his ultimate. And why they should "need" partners, it should be a choice not some compulsive force. That is called freedom.

Some affirmations I wrote while listening:
I know in my bones I deserve diamond rings
    I am okay
    I am a goddess
    I am worthy
    I deserve my own time
I have a childlike innocence paired with goddess like knowledge
I reclaim my worth without anybody's permission
    I am safe and okay
    I am precious just because
I am worth it and I am worthwhile
    I recognize my own value
I reclaim my own worth without anybody needing to do that for me
    I see myself
I see myself as Laxmi before anybody else
I respect and see myself first
    I am an entity myself
    The tips:
    1. Take a bath. I'm worth this time. I'm worth turning off my phone and valuing my time enough to take a bath. I can relax and let go and I'm safe while taking a bath. At least 3 days a week. A 14 minute self oil massage along with a hot shower. With candles. And expensive, fancy oils and soaps.
    2. Breathe. Deep breathing. Learn how to breathe into your lungs. Activating your parasympathetic system. Deep breaths make you feel the opposite of paranoia and anxiety. It makes you feel safe.
    3. Nourish yourself. Quality over quantity. Feed yourself to quality food. Feed yourself food that helps you, that's healthy. Give yourself the nutrients you need for your body to run optimally.
    4. Scared and Sweaty lolol dance 💃Emulate nature, the circles and swirls. Do Yoga. Hula. Sacred dancing that gets you in touch with your core and center. Gets you in touch with your
    5. Hanging with wise elders. Spending time with woman who guide you and can fill in the blanks of being a woman. Hang out with woman. They can be mentors, they can be people who guide you.
    6. Cut out coffee. Green tea. Stimulants. Like energy drinks, things with cafeine. Nervous superficial energy.
Bathe, deep breaths, feeling yourself good food, moving your hips, hanging around wise woman, cutting out drugs and stimulants
    Then
    7. Being spiritual. Getting in touch with the silence between your breath. Meditate.

My body would be on a constant survival mode and the shallow breathing remains the same. I had UTI for 4 years. It felt as if though the bacteria never left. So today there’s constant pain without even a few minutes of break from the pain. My body and heart feels pain all the time. Chest pain and this feeling of fear doesn’t leave. I don’t feel safe or secure anywhere. I’ve tried everything. I’m so scared to even leave my room at times.

i appreciate this, but there is slight condescension in it. often men feel sorry for women, but they should really feel sorry for the woman that lives inside themself. to remind women that they are treated like property is to reinforce the power of those very rules, i don't care what the context. Kali Yuga is over-- if you want it. if you practice, think and teach like Kali Yuga is over-- it will be over. thought dictates our reality. screw your 7 keys. shutting this off.

Actually these 3 are just the popular ones, Hindu culture got 100’s of goddess each with its own archetype. Which is why it was disheartening seeing the goodness worshiped in temples are treated like shit IRL, till now (2023) it’s frowned upon if you visit a temple (where you have the sculptures of goddesses ) when you are on your periods. For me this is where the disc vine the came from, but over the years I have reclaimed my feminine essence.

First of both men and woman should know one's worth. This snippet is one sided. And worth is not about being the top seductress, however, thats also worth. To me worth is what we are willing and capable of giving. And giving not to any particular individual or to one's family. Let woman find an expansive, non discriminating worth. Marilyn Monroe is a very bad example for self-worth. She was known for having very little self-worth. But it would have been great for her if she would have learned how to value herself. Most likely she wouldn't have been MM, but she would have lived a fulfilled life.

He was talking about her public persona. She was who she wanted to be when in public. Happy and loving towards herself and everyone. So, to me was great example. Who women need to be in private towards themselves too.

    • @Symbolsysteme
      @Symbolsysteme 5 років тому +2

@@zaralunden3202 What was unique about MM was that she was the first Hollywood Star who showed emotions in public. She often cried in public and in that sense she could have been a role-model for the world. She later stopped doing this, most likely to protect herself. Her public persona was not about self-love or self-value. On contrary, MM was belittled like hardly any other star in Hollywood back then. If one is only talking about the role she played in Gentlemen prefer Blondes it would be a very superficial view on MM. In fact she hated the character she played. But if you or anyone else want to see her in this superficial way, it's up to you, of course. I am sure she would have a big laugh about it.

@@Symbolsysteme You're entitled to your opinion too. You didn't understand my comment. I KNOW she was likely one of the most trouble woman in history. I was just pointing out that I understood why the maker of this video used her as an example.

@@zaralunden3202 Although MM was belittled so much during her career, I didn't want to belittle you or anyone else. English is not my mother's tongue, so I sounded maybe a bit harsh. I know a lot about MM, because I used her as a case study in my field of work. This is why I have a different perspective on her than someone who has maybe just seen her in her movies or in some interviews. MM gave us a perfect screen to project anything we like or dislike onto her and interestingly enough, she still is after so many years. So, if someone wants to project self-worth onto her it's a great quality, of course. But if one knows a bit about her, it's quite a challenge to connect her to self-worth.

No prob! When you're ready, try going off it for a month to reset. Meanwhile, consider supplementing with Theanine and other minerals/vitamins to help counter the negative effects of coffee. And drink EXTRA water :)
