I’m so scared of the world we live in today. 2020 just isn’t our year. I feel like the world is ending, but I have nobody to relate that to. Because they are all happy with what they do. My anxiety is rising and I don’t know what to do.... I can’t stop thinking and I hate that. I hate to think negative, but I just can’t STOP! I won’t stop thinking about dying, losing the people I love. I think about my brother not even being able to see elementary school if the world ends. I think about my mom never getting the amount of money she deserves, and paying off her debt. I think about my great grandmother, who never gets to meet a special someone again, after already losing her first to a heart attack. I think about never getting to go places with my best friends, get a boyfriend (or girlfriend), and never being able to get a license. I think all these things, just because the world LITERALLY feels like it’s going to end this year. So thank you so much for giving me calming music to listen to. It lets my mind loose for once.

isn't it really sad when your one of the people that get depression at a young age? no one understands and they're just thinking that you're trying to be edgy or something. but they don't even realize that you're putting on a fake smile every day to try to keep themselves together and make sure that their parents don't get divorced. your parents don't realize how many fake friends you have or how you have been chatting with the people online because they are better friends to you than the ones you have in real life. how your best friend is a kid your age on the other side of the world and you chat and game every day in secret. how you don't even speak their language so you have to use a translator. they never ask if you're ok and why you spend so much time in your room every day. why recently you have stopped talking to people and keeping everything you do a secret. or how you have gotten a lot paler because you stopped going outside to play. depression is hard. im so sorry for everyone that has to suffer. I'm right here with you. just remember that even if the people you live with don't know what you're going through, millions of people are here to help you. we are all here to help each other.
lm 10 and l started to have depression when l was 2 years old it been 8 years now but lm getting a little better l had a bad but sad past my mom had to leave my dad wasnt with my mom one day and l ask my mom why and what she said broke my heart she said sweetie l know this is hard that you are 2 and you have to ask this but sometimes people dont last forever and they fall out of love and that happen to mommy and daddy so we not together anymore but l promise you will see him to in a few weeks than one week later she left to go to a other country she said she will come back one day!?.. my dad still lived and my house and l saw my grandma and him fight every single day it was hard for me to see at a young age and l didnt understand so l didnt care but when l was 3 he left me and never came back l saw not every week but l still see him my mom didnt came back as soon l was without her for 5 years!? l even couldnt remmber and my family say when l call her name l will remmber her and my mind 2 years ago my best friends died when l was 7 l had to leave my friends lm now with my mom but my grandma left

It’s been hard for you, I know, and it makes me sad that you don’t see yourself in the way I see you. Sometimes they are things in life that cause us to loose ourselves, and the way you have is so unimaginable painful. I miss the way you accepted the way you look in the mirror without cursing yourself out about how ugly you look. I miss the way you didn’t think of yourself as a failure because everyone makes mistakes, we all have flaws and we all aren’t perfect. It’s painful to see that no one around you seems to see the pain trough your eyes, but, stranger, I do, I see how heavy your heart is and how comforting the sadness for you might be, how afraid your heart is of happiness because it disappears in the end, right? You don’t know how much impact you have in this world and it’s sad to see that your demons fight against you and want to take over you. Because you do make change, it’s something so simple and little that brightens up someone’s whole world, it can be a small smile from your lips, the way you look at things you’re passionate about, the way you make yourself eat even though it’s been hard for you lately, the way you zoom out and go in your own world, you brighten up my world by reading this, it means a lot to me that you’re here, existing, but I don’t want you to just exist, you deserve to feel alive. You deserve to get up in the morning and feel good about yourself. You deserve to feel something- to feel every damn second alive in this lifetime. As you can see, I say a lot of “I hope” because I have hope for you even if you don’t have it for yourself, I see hope in you even though you might want to give up. That’s why I hope you won’t see the world in darkness and will see it colorful again, I hope I will give you a glimpse of hope and make the world you see a bit colorful for today.
