So, you sell and convert in CRO only the interest that you recieve, right? In example… you stake 500 USDC and recieve 60 USDC as interest.. you only convert 60 USDC in CRO, not all 560 USDC, right?

There is a withdrawal option but I never use it. If you really need your cash you could always just top up the debit card with your available currency and use the debit card for your emergency purchase. That way you get access to spend your money while also taking advantage of the cashback of the debit card whether thats 1-7% depending on your card tier.

The gains on altcoins are far higher than the gains from Bitcoin now. You make more money in alts, so you look for gains in alts, then put it un Bitcoin as a store of value.

1)While your coins are locked up earning interest, do they still fluctuate in value as the coin fluctuates in value or are they locked in at the price they were at the time you put them away? 2) do you have to pay taxes on those coins and the interest?
1) Yes, the coin value does fluctuate during the locked up period. For example, say you staked 100 CRO for 3 months and you paid $100 to buy (demo example). After 3 months, the value of CRO coin could drop and your 100 CRO could then be worth $70. The interest generated in the 3 month period will be rewarded to you in CRO as well, and its value will also fluctuate based on the current value of the coin (CRO in this case). You could convert your CRO interest into a stablecoin to avoid fluctuations to the interest amount. However, you do need a minimum amount of CRO in order to even do one conversion to a stablecoin. Hence, you might have to wait to collect enough CRO to convert to a stablecoin. Hope this helps!

Information provided by me within 48hrs.
My email confirmed as received by my contact (Anthony Banks) and I was advised that my documents had been passed to the investigation team, and that I would be contacted in due course. Heard nothing - expected it to take a while.
Sent email on June 2, 2020 requesting an update. No acknowledgement, no reply.
Phoned today, ( 020 7112 8837) 28 Oct. Had to laugh.
Asked to speak to Anthony Banks. Contact said they would get him. Line went quiet, then music on hold for a few seconds, same person came on line, and asked "how can I help you?" I said "is that Anthony?" Reply, "yes, this is Tony Banks". I said that when I had spoken to him earlier, he had an American accent, which you clearly haven't.
I gave him the details of the company I was claiming against, and he requested my email address to cross check. within 3-4 seconds, he came back with the reply, "you must have called an incorrect number!"
Interesting that he had already confirmed that he was the person I was trying to contact, on the number I had called! Needless to say the conversation ended abruptly. It was when I was introduced to Hana Zonova who helped me recover all my lost back just within few days of conversation. Which you can reach him on the Gmail at : Agenthanazonova@gmail.com

There is a withdrawal option but I never use it. If you really need your cash you could always just top up the debit card with your available currency and use the debit card for your emergency purchase. That way you get access to spend your money while also taking advantage of the cashback of the debit card whether thats 1-7% depending on your card tier.

Stay away, Crypto.com's customer service is literally the worst I have ever dealt with, which is completely unacceptable for an app that's supposed to handle a commodity as volatile as cryptocurrency! They are more concerned with acquiring more new customers than serving/maintaining the ones they have.

Because staking earning rate is higher on altcoins. On bitcoin it is 6.5% but on some other coins it is 12%
The gains on altcoins are far higher than the gains from Bitcoin now. You make more money in alts, so you look for gains in alts, then put it un Bitcoin as a store of value.

1) Yes, the coin value does fluctuate during the locked up period. For example, say you staked 100 CRO for 3 months and you paid $100 to buy (demo example). After 3 months, the value of CRO coin could drop and your 100 CRO could then be worth $70. The interest generated in the 3 month period will be rewarded to you in CRO as well, and its value will also fluctuate based on the current value of the coin (CRO in this case). You could convert your CRO interest into a stablecoin to avoid fluctuations to the interest amount. However, you do need a minimum amount of CRO in order to even do one conversion to a stablecoin. Hence, you might have to wait to collect enough CRO to convert to a stablecoin. Hope this helps!
