Great info!! I always avoid obstacles with the driver's side because of the diff but it's unfortunate that the steering stabilizer is so low and that it and the FAD are on the passenger side.
I discovered the neutral auto park today when I was re spooling my winch. Realized I had to put transfer case in neutral before I could exit and work winch
My 2017 JKU is the biggest pos I've ever loved. Once you get past the 1st year of ownership and limit your expectations there is no better off road vehicle I can think of. My other truck is a 2022 TRDOR Tacoma. I love it but no comparison on the beach to the JKU. I see Tacomas buried to the frame as the Wranglers buzz around like nothing.
@@Jason-Samko- Yeah, it's a constant annoyance since for everything in the engine bay I have to check whether it actually works with the EcoDiesel. The engine bay is REALLY tight for that engine.
@@Jason-SamkoOther than the CP4 fuel pump imploding on me a few weeks ago my Willys JT been a great little truck. Can’t wait to get it back from the dealership so I can install my AEV lift on it. Appreciate the video. 👍
@AKBRONCOSFAN007 had that cp4 on my 2019 ram 2500 and they recalled it to go back to the cp3 if memory serves me right. I didn't get the recall done as parts were still on back order when I sold the truck. But mine was still working. Glad you are loving your gladiator!
That's a assisted front clean air vent. Not exactly air intake in the sense that water will get into your engine through it. And unless jeep is submerged over the hood deep gravity in that air vent location keeps water out. Really it's the main air box that is the concern. But fantastic observation and info.
Good to know. I have a tazer mini installed. Will. Check that out. I know tazer also has some great winch features like rpm, brake lock etc I need to dive into when I get a chance
When you get into the tazer, get the pdf manual and put it on a device, you’ll be spending a lot of time in the drivers seat. I’ve not gotten the winch mode to work with my diesel but not really worried about it, the anchor mode is awesome if you’ve got a winch, leave it in gear locks up all the brakes, line launch makes the nieces scream and giggle, break hood is nice at long stoplights. Double pump the brake pedal and it’ll hold until you tap the gas
Very helpful video. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it
Best part of a manual transmission: Does what it's told. 6:10
Good video.
Agree. Would of love to get this in a manual
Except when the clutch over heats and you can’t move the thing
Instead of fixing it with a strong clutch, Jeep just put a nanny on the ecu
Dude, this is the best video I have watch on the Jeep... and I've watched A Lot of videos on the Jeep! So awesome!
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it
Very informative video. Thank you for putting it up. I learnt a thing or two about my Rubicon.
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it
When I am navigating big rocks in my Jeep…I always imagine my front differential pumpkin being in line with my steering column.
Excellent way to think about it and a perfect reference
I use the driver-side windshield bump on the hood as my reference line for the differential. they line up also
@@ICYUNVM3 fantastic tip as well!

Very true. There's alot going on down there. But it sure is built well and can take some abuse
I learned something new . Short and to the point. 🎉
Glad you enjoyed it!
Good video, short,to the point and great information. U have a new subscriber sir.
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it and that's for subscribing!

Yep I hate that stupid auto park engage. I believe I can turn that off in my tazer mini and im going to when I get a chance to.
Diff left side air breather left side….loving my diesel wrangler . Good video thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
What brand of fuel conditioner are you using? I just bought a 2021 Ram 1500 with the diesel and have been using Hot Shot Secrets.
@@pjfan173 I use Schaeffer’s carbon treat, 2021 Gladiator diesel. I’ve noticed it’s doing less regens and def is lasting longer

I have owned both and loved both. Bit no denying the capability of a jeep! Nothing beats it
Sound information. Thanks. Sub’d
Glad you enjoyed it. And thanks for subscribing
Good stuff. Idea for video, cover flat Towing if you can but include difference between auto and manual transmission.
That is a great idea. Will see if I can make that happen. My brother spent 6 years living out of a custom made rv glad towing vehicles behind him
Great info as always!
Thank you. Glad You enjoyed it.

Enjoyed the video.
Thank you. Glad to hear that
Great info 👍🏾
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it
My kinda keeper even got a snickers bar
Love the snickers bar and the air vent keeps it cool so it doesn't melt
Diesel has the air intake on the other side. Should mention this.
Didnt know that. Dont have the diesel. Thanks for the info.

There is another lower in front spot. Where air comes in by passenger headlight
