Williams Are Being SUED!

Williams are being sued by former sponsor Rokit for $149 million dollars. But why? And what would happen to Williams if this trial was successful?
For those of you who may not be aware, ROKiT was the primary sponsor of the Williams F1 team from 2019 until early 2020. The deal was said to be worth around $20 million per year, which was a significant amount for a team that was struggling financially at the time. However, the partnership between the two companies came to an abrupt end when ROKiT terminated their sponsorship deal with Williams, citing alleged breaches of contract on the part of the team.
