Plating and presentation as always look great. I haven't really tried celeriac for thickening, im interested to see how it works. Your work with emphasizing the cutting board sounds adds a nice touch to the videos. I've always cut that stuff out, and have always thought it wouldn't sound right I my videos, but i should give it a shot
