Lacey, I saw your face when Glenn said "Good luck dumbass " to Rick. I saw the mental gasp and how you felt something bad was coming for Glenn. You looked at Steve but it seems that you decided to not say what you had just picked up on. I was amazed when I saw it register for you. Because for me when I watched it the first time I just thought it was a sweet memory of Herschel when Glenn pulled out the watch and also when he said we've all got a job to do. And then when he told Rick "Good luck dumbass " it made me laugh just like it did when Rick was in the tank and I just thought "aww, Glenn is remembering the first time he met Rick and just trying to be encouraging to Rick etc. lol. I definitely never expected Glenn to die. Not Glenn!! And I was literally so shocked I just couldn't even process it. I don't even think I cried until probably an hour or so later when it finally hit me that Glenn was gone. I just loved him so much and his heart was so good. He kept things balanced for me really...when all of the bad was happening he was still good and kind. This episode broke my heart!! !But back to my point, lol, you should be a damn forensic scientist or a forensics officer with the police department because you literally don't miss anything. I'm serious!! You could be a homicide forensics officer while Steve works a long side you as a swat team leader!! lol, I literally can see it working! 😊I think you both missed your calling.
Same here. I've come to focus on Lacey now in these moments. When I watched the first time I have no idea how I looked, but I did notice the watch, and the comments, and I thought "that's not good", but I felt like the writers were just toying with us. When Nicolas said: "Thank you", in that moment I expected him to redeem himself by leaping into the heard like a rock star and give Glen an avinue of escaoe. But the little shit couldn't even get that right. Grr.
I'm watching this late in the game so what I'm commenting won't be a spoiler anymore: but i'm dreading seeing your reaction to his actual death and it's brutality when this is how you react with an obscure and kind of just implied death...I can only imagine how hurt you're going to be. it's hard..
I got spoiled for this episode, so I appreciate your genuine reactions. Beware of lots of spoilers out there for future episodes, because Season 6 gets pretty crazy. You're rightfully upset, but don't you want to continue watching to find out how Maggie reacts to the Glenn news? Thanks for the videos! You guys rock.
Biggest shock of this episode when I first watched it such an epic reaction thank you Glenn's a badass are we saving people no matter who he is I'm going out like my hero
Not a Shane-ism. Rick wouldn't shoot you in the leg & leave you as a distraction so he could get away... Great episode guys. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
mk cray your right, he wouldn't have shot Ottis in the leg not even for Carl. Because Ottis was a good man, but Rick would have left him behind. That's a clear difference then what Shane did
@@lynncantrell5502 Yeah. Rick would never shoot someone in the leg for bait. Not even for Carl. He would just make sure he got out. He may have to leave someone behind. But that is no where near the same thing!
Another great episode the shock of Glenn's death and the alexadrians reminded me off the red shirts in the original star trek episodes where they got picked off one by one
What happened with Glenna shocked and upset me. He was one of my favorite characters. But, after processing it, I thought it was bold of the show to do this early in the season.
So happy u did this today too...oh my most favourite character ever Glenn Rhee amazing man so pure and selfless..I was in shock and disbelief this episode, Glenn and Rick's callback to them on walkie talkies in s01e01 was heartbreaking and set alarms off in my head. "Hey u Dumbass..Yeah u in the tank, u cosy in there?".. "Good luck dumbass" Glenn 💔
This episode got me too. when i first time watching it i jump on my chair and very shocking because he is the main character and my favorite. but this apocalypse no one is safe for sure.
I've recently found your channel and decided to binge your TWD videos, and I've highly enjoyed your reactions. You guy's are the only ones I've seen pay the most attention. But saying that you're considering not watching the show is truly ridiculous, the thing about this show is that nobody is safe. It doesn't matter how big or important they are, nobody is safe, people die, it doesn't matter how, but they do, and that's something I really hope you can understand, otherwise I don't see the point in watching the show any further, if you can't deal with a death, when nobody is safe in this kind of show, otherwise, great reaction, and I'm VERY happy I found your channel, and decided to binge it. I hope y'all have a great day!
Glenn deserves soooo much better than getting torn apart by hundreds of walkers Sad shit. He’s been with us since episode 1 or technically 2 if you’re talking appearance wise
Yes, "Scott" , who got shot in the leg is "Sasha" Sonequa Martin Green's real life husband! This episode was such a trip but stay with us.....things can change! Glad you two did 2 episodes this time! Reaching for that goal to move forward!😂
The fact that this show can make you so pissed and teary, its an amazing show, for something that is not even real, its a good show and that's why they kept watching
Here's the thing...my very favorite show (not TWD) does death so well that they can introduce a character at the beginning of an episode, have you care about them so much that at the end you are bawling your eyes out when/if they die. So, NO, I don't leave shows because a character (even my top 5) dies. I stay because I always need to find out about the survivors & how they deal with it. I was heartbroken, nevertheless. I love Glenn. RIP. 😢 Great reaction. Stick with it. 😊🌺🏝️❤️
When Michonne wacked him over the head, that’s when I started shipping them. Bc he wasn’t mad at her-he trusted her judgement and told her the truth that they were hoarding a couple guns, and then Michonne trusted his judgment in return and didn’t try to talk him out of it. After that it’s just them repeatedly, consistently having each other’s backs and I love it. (I also love that she puts him in his place when he needs it)
Oh no. This is where the sadness comes in. First off, it's not a Shane thing for Rick to say what he said. I understood him. He's tried helping them, tried showing them the way and tried teaching them how to defend themselves. But right now, he's assessing the whole situation and thinking about who he can count on and do the job and reach the problem. You have to address the major issue and then worry about the other ones one step at a time. Cuz literally, they don't have the time and they need to act NOW. Shane was all about killing people to move forward. Rick at least gives them a chance and tries to talk to them. And now let's talk about what just happened to Glenn. I was in disbelief and thought, well, they've done it. We have finally reached the point where our main characters are no longer safe. Heck, they might even kill Rick, Carol or Daryl next if they're willing to risk and kill Glenn off. I was angry and sad at the same time but I couldn't cry. I was still thinking about what's gonna happen to Rick and his people and how they're going to get rid of the horde. This Glenn/Nicholas scene still triggers me to this day. And you aren't the only Lacey, to question if you could still keep watching after seeing what just happened to Glenn. This show has had its moments but I'm gonna continue to watch the show til the very end. Doesn't matter who dies, I'm here for the story and the end of it all. I kept on watching because of Rick Grimes. I wanted to see his story unfold. Him meeting people along the way, has been a treat. I love this show. It better not freaking disappoint me when the series ends. I'll be even more pissed off than GoT. Anyways, Glenn is gone and already missed :( - Yvette
I absolutely agree with you! But dropping Gimple was a brilliant move. If they stick with Angela I think the end will rock. I have faith. BTW, if Daryl dies we RIOT! 🧟😎

RIP Glenn ... Not really sure what I felt, other than similar to the Ned Stark situation, where I realized I can't take any character's presence for granted. Kinda numb, and a little bit disoriented. His death screwed me up, in real life, for a couple days. I had to take a breather, before getting back into it. I've never had a tv show do that, until GOT did it again. Makes the show harder to watch, but also adds a real life level, of intrigue and scary vulnerability, that most shows don't have. Speaking of real life... Shout out to the editor, for the time/work put in for the double upload, after real life stuff and thangs happened. Much appreciated.
When The Wolves attacked Alexandria with most of the heavy hitters out in the field, I remember being afraid my favorite character Carol was finally going to die (Ha!...silly me). Now Glenn was my second favorite character so if I had lost Carol and then Glenn the very next episode I'd have been through with this show. As it was I was pissed anyway.
I was worried about Carol too! I know she is a badass. But I was afraid she would get ganged up on. No matter how good you are, you can be over powered with numerous people

Can't blame Nicholas. It wasn't his fault
Glenn 💔 One of the most amazing characters of the show!
When I first watched this episode I already knew what was going to happen after so there was no way I was going to stop watching it!
I love that the last words Nicolas says to Glenn are "thank you", thank you for saving my life and giving me a second chance :)
Too bad he took Glen with him.
I was watching this episode and I remember screaming when Glenn died, I woke up my little brother but I don't regret it, I just had to scream at that scene
Poor...poor Maggie! This would have been a tough episode even without Glenn's death. Sucks that he went out like that. Cant even shed a tear because i was so pissed. He will always be one of my favorite characters!!!
Surprise more people in this TWD world don't suffer from nightmares & flashbacks. It's stressful watching this episode
Everyone has their own version of PTSD. Hell, some VIEWERS have it. How many times has someone told me, "Oh, I loved TWD! Until....."
I so felt for you both at the end of that. It put me right back to how I felt the first time I saw this episode. You can only get that pissed with a really good show that makes you care.
If Lacey stops watching we riot, you guys are awesome ☺️
They love it to much to stop.
Oh hell, one year later I got tears in my eyes when Steve react to the point when they tricker us of the fake death of Glenn! Greetings and love from germany🇩🇪🇺🇸😊❤
Greg nicotero was one of the walkers at the dumpsters.. he's the guy that does up all the walkers and also directs certain episodes.
Cool! Did not know this. THANKS! Now gotta go find him! Lol
@@wordswritteninred7171 you are welcome.. an other time he played the walker in the field that Shane watches while Rick and he are trying to het rid of Randall in season 2. 18 Miles Out. He's also the walker that bit Amy in season 1. and the walker that was eating the deer that daryl killed. season 1.
@@wordswritteninred7171 he's up front and center right by the edge of the dumpster.
@@cecillegravelle2590 Thanks! I have bad eyesight. So gotta wait till I can get on the laptop. Can you tell its him? Does he have his long hair? I wonder who did him up. Do you know? I would think it would be hard to do yourself.(duh. There is more than one person doing makeup. Lol just thought about that. Brain fart.lol)
@@cecillegravelle2590 Holy cow! Just read your other post. I had no idea he played those walkers! I figured he was in there at some point. I mean, I would want to if I were him! Man, the one in the field I know doesnt look anything like him! Gotta check them all out! Thanks
Fun fact injured black dude is the Sasha’s actresses husband
I just wanted to say, thank you for the unintentional double upload on my birthday, what a gift indeed for hitting 20.
Amazing reactions from E2-3, keep up the superb work! Ethan - UK
Happy Birthday!
@@Carrietbean Thank you :)
Happy birthday buddy!
Their reaction of glenn falling on the walkers was priceless
When I watched this episode I screamed NO GLEN!
As usual, awesome comment! And yes I noticed that too. Lacey is like interior panic mode haha
Grr.
@@gravitypronepart2201 Oh Nicholas. Son of a b can't even die right.
I'm watching this late in the game so what I'm commenting won't be a spoiler anymore: but i'm dreading seeing your reaction to his actual death and it's brutality when this is how you react with an obscure and kind of just implied death...I can only imagine how hurt you're going to be. it's hard..
BTW great discussion and reaction. Glen's death was a huge deal and a lot of people threatened to stop watching the show. The grief was crazy.
Yes they do. They love this show. Sorry you got spoiled. They luckily have some pretty cool mods. ❤️
In order to save Carl? I'm pretty sure S5-6 Rick would.
Good point ! :)))
mk cray your right, he wouldn't have shot Ottis in the leg not even for Carl.
The black guy who survives with Michonne and Heath is called Scott btw guys and in real life he’s married to the woman who plays Sasha
2:54 - goodness, Steve. A bit harsh. Haha
What happened with Glenna shocked and upset me. He was one of my favorite characters. But, after processing it, I thought it was bold of the show to do this early in the season.
Everyone in the comments knew this one was coming, but no one wanted to see it again
It's cozy. Not cosy. Cosy isn't even a word
@@heatherryan3969 awell that's what he said & I & plenty others i know have used cozy...so did u really go out of ur way, just to be a tit
This episode got me too. when i first time watching it i jump on my
chair and very shocking because he is the main character and my favorite. but this apocalypse no one is safe for sure.
this show is like game of thrones no one is ever safe
Sad episode huh :( !?.
I was at a loss for words when i first saw it.
And the worst thing is is that Maggie DOESN'T even know about it :( !!.
It hurt my heart bad. Keep your head up. Just keep wacthing guys. Love yall
I was waiting for this episode soo much..
R.I.P Glenn 😖😖
Glenn deserves soooo much better than getting torn apart by hundreds of walkers
Sad shit.
Omg two episodes ! Thank you so much !!! 💕💕💕 love seeing your reactions
back to back really good episodes/ reactions.i was speechless when i saw glen being torn apart couldn’t believe it
Rip Glenn man 🤧
To lift the spirits of the episode I should mention that the guy who got shot in the leg is Sasha's real life husband.
Just like you, I was very pissed after this episode. However, I suggest you keep watching...
Glenn was the glue to the group. Sad to see him go the way he did especially after saving Nicholas
RIP. 😢
Great reaction. Stick with it. 😊🌺🏝️❤️
My poor, sweet Duo. We'll get through this together!
❤️❤️
Sophie, please, you gotta talk Steve out of the oven! He listens to you.
Glenn is my favorite TWD character of all time
RIP Glenn.
Please don’t stop watching guys!
Thank you Glenn
RIP Glenn
When Michonne wacked him over the head, that’s when I started shipping them. Bc he wasn’t mad at her-he trusted her judgement and told her the truth that they were hoarding a couple guns, and then Michonne trusted his judgment in return and didn’t try to talk him out of it.
After that it’s just them repeatedly, consistently having each other’s backs and I love it. (I also love that she puts him in his place when he needs it)
rest in peace glenn - you did not deserve that ending.
I remember this episode like it was yesterday. I had to wait an entire week and felt the same way Lacey feels right now.
Welcome to the episode that began the devolution of the show from compelling horror drama to saturday morning cartoon.
RIP Glen..... hope u guys can stay strong and still watching this shows..
R.I.P Glenn :´(
Vic moto rip
Rip Glenn.
Anyways, Glenn is gone and already missed :(
- Yvette
I absolutely agree with you! But dropping Gimple was a brilliant move. If they stick with Angela I think the end will rock. I have faith. BTW, if Daryl dies we RIOT! 🧟😎
❤️
I remember. This was a rough one. I was numb the rest of the evening.
Hi guys this is my first comment and I noticed your over in fairbury I’m in East Peoria. Small World, anyway just wanted to say this has been my favorite reaction video of you both so far. I remember this episode hitting me the exact same way. Thanks for reacting! Keep it up!
Thanks Andrew! ~ Lacey
I've been waiting for this reaction for SO long and I finally have a day off to view it so..... let's DO IT!!!
Lacey works so hard to get these videos out. She's a boss.
@@nicolelush6980 Haa I knew it was Lacey. Didn't have the confidence, in my memory, to say her name. Thank you. She is a boss.
Thank you, Lacey.
No matter how good you are, you can be over powered with numerous people
exactly
I don't think it's a spoiler to say this show is emotionally exhausting
It’s a spoiler if you say “spoiler “. No need to add that to your comment.
Lespatriotsfan, you are fine
@@mikkalincoln4497 , they did not spoil anything
I'm sorry but LMFAO @ 3:25-3:28 ☠like goddamn, Rick xD
Duo...thank you for your reaction. I know you're both pissed and this is another time I wished that I could have warned you both. Believe me, I was right there with you feeling pissed off with Glenn. But this is just another fact of this world...NO ONE IS SAFE. Sucks, but it's true.
Too bad, I really thought Nicholas was coming around.
He did. When he died he was trying to do a good thing, but he screwed it up.
@@paulp9274 or did he? (;
We didn’t function well at all, we just cried, called off of work. We went to therapy... and then we came back the next Sunday to continue our suffering 😭
Oh man! I thought I had it rough.
That look from Lacey when Glen says "good luck dumbass" yeah we all felt the same way😅
