I also know that sheik can grab release metaknight to dacus. but can Falco grab release to dacus on metaknight I've done it many times and it seems to work on computers but is it a true combo or can metaknight get around it?

Leon's pretty good. He's a very tempo based player and rides the momentum pretty well when he has it. All he needs to do is give up the bad habits, the excessive spot dodges and the Up-B's.

Its called a pivot dash and it is very technical
It makes the game feel really fast though, so it is worth learning imo

no, at the beginning of your new dash after a fox trot, you use the dash dance frames to input a dash in the other direction.
