Hello, You didn't show the RUNNING LIGHT setting. How is that activated? It's listed as an effect but I don't understand what makes it do that once everything is wired.
I don't know why all the video i ve seen so far are skipping the most important part of this installation , the part where u connect all the wire should NEVER be skipped.

Just make sure you go ahead & double check all the wires, because you don't want to stop a tail. What you want is to... Go ahead. Thanks for the helpful video. Provided me with some insight & perspective on an upcoming install of my own. Now go ahead!
Also my idea is to link the green wire to the reversing light signal, so when you back up, other cars will see your extra red light flashing. At the same time, I think it will be legal, and it also makes up for the lack of reversing when the light strip is designed.
This wouldn't be legal at all, because people will not be sure if you're stepping on your brake, might assume you are stopping, and try to go ahead by you. There are reverse lights that aren't red tho and that's not a bad idea.
TIP !! If you only want to use it as a Brake light...TIP !!!!!!!! connect both wires Red and White to Brakelight Signal Plus and the Black offcource to ground then if you let go off the Break it will immediately switch off the Brakelight . If you Connect the Red to a Perminent Hot source and the White to the Brake Signal hot the brake light will go out from outside to inside not immediately.

Brake lights, turn signals, and reversing lights do not have a live wire interface(positive), what should I do ? I cant even find the acc. Those light bulbs have 2 to 4 plugs on their connectors. Hypothetically speaking, let's say I have no experience or common sense on the wiring. 🤔 How do I connect the LED wiring connect to the car harness? Thank you for the video!
locate the harness for your brake and turn signal in the rear of your vehicle. Test with a multi-meter to see which one has constant 12v power only when vehicle is on (not when off) then write down or remember the color. Flip your left turn signal and find out which wire in your harness jumps in voltage from 0-12v repeatedly. Do the same with the right turn signal and label or write it down. Now with the brake have someone step on the brake pedal and find out which wire on the harness has 12 v. Now that you got everything labeled disconnect the battery. Behind the harness push the correct pin behind the harness with its correct label. Clean up with electrical tape and make sure no wire is touching each other. Connect the battery and test and your done.
I'm not really familiar with the camry but from the looks of it if you are going to need to get some automotive wire and extend the wires. If you are placing it inside on the top of the window the white wire can tap into the 3rd brake on the bottom of the window. The yellow wires can tap into the left and the right turn signals on the rear panels. The black you can find an unpainted bolt to screw in with. The red you will have to find constant power using a meter in one of the harness inside any rear panel. Hope that helps a little.
Hi . I got it installed today. But the ACC power is given form the meter light hende it will work only when Meter light is on. If i connect red wire to the vehicle ignition through the fuse in front side then i think it will work the all mode in day time also .. Pls let me know am i right?
Hello, can you tell me, where you ordered your strip light? I ordered one off EBay, waited 3 weeks for my electrician buddy to help me wire it, and all we could get is the sequential mode to work? If you didn’t have the green wire, hooked to the power, and ground, nothing would work? He hooked positive, and ground, and couldn’t even get the brake light to work?
I got mine off ebay. So if the green wire is not connected then it would not work? Try testing straight to the battery. Red wire to positive terminal and black to negative terminal. Now to check your brake tap the white wire to the positive terminal that should activate the brake. Test the left yellow to the positive terminal to test the turn signal.
@@AutoSensation we tried everything. If you hook up the positive, and the ground, you should get a brake light, correct? We just couldn’t get it to work, no matter what we tried, and my buddy is a professional electrician.
No. Positive and ground will give the unit power (no lights will be on). The white wire is the brake. When you add power then the brake will turn on. I'm no professional but that's how mine works.

@@MrKenwillis sorry. The best I can tell you to do is to test each wire with a 12volt battery. Red wire to positive and black wire to negative. Now try each wire to the positive and it will show you what lights up. I'm no electrician or mechanic but that's what I would do.
Cool concept but the turn signal shouldn't go from one side to the other. That's confusing to the drivers behind you. Looks like a store window at a vape shop . Maybe other companies have the sequence down better
This seems like it a product which could cause confusion and potentially dangerous. If you turn your left signal on, someone may mistake you for being an unmarked police car with a traffic directory which is ordering traffic to pass you on the left... rather than indicated wishing to turn left yourself.
See I was kinda worried about the same thing. So I’m just going to wire the brake light and not the signals to use it as a stand alone 3rd brake light.

I appreciate your attention to detail on these. Thanks again!
Or better yet just buy a t harness for trailer wiring and just simply connect the same colored wires
@@nerdyparent a t harness would work. I didn't think of that.
I do like it though but with tinted windows I'll have to see how much light goes through
During the day may not be so bright. At night it's great!
Hey bro any ideas about wiring 3rd break 2018 camry xse v6 i purchased the same as yours. Please let me know thanks
@@AutoSensation thanks bro
Sory you cant cut Car LED Brake lights Strip for my car is to big?
Not reccomenned to cut.
@@AutoSensation I cut and it work
@@dandumitrescu7550 wouldn't the signals be off centered?
how did you cut the led strip?
I need this! 🤲
Hi . I got it installed today. But the ACC power is given form the meter light hende it will work only when Meter light is on.
If i connect red wire to the vehicle ignition through the fuse in front side then i think it will work the all mode in day time also ..
Pls let me know am i right?
Yes. It will only work when your power source is on.
Wow 🤩 you’re super smart friend

@@AutoSensation yes, I tried that. Positive (Red wire) to positive on the battery, and black negative, to negative battery, nothing?
@@AutoSensation we tried everything. If you hook up the positive, and the ground, you should get a brake light, correct? We just couldn’t get it to work, no matter what we tried, and my buddy is a professional electrician.
No. Positive and ground will give the unit power (no lights will be on). The white wire is the brake. When you add power then the brake will turn on. I'm no professional but that's how mine works.
@@AutoSensation Ok, I see what you’re saying now? My buddy said, if you connect the positive wire, to battery, and black to negative, the light should light up? You actually have to add the white, for it to light up? Thanks a bunch
Super 👌
You have of link sir. Nice video

@@AutoSensation can i use it for car too ? Sir

Hi Sir kinonect ko red wire sa parklight and the led lights function well if I turn ON the parklight, meaning nagagamit ko ang led light in evening lng so i decided to run wire coming from acc but when i connect it to the red wire it didnt works , old corolla ang car po...thanks
Your acc wire should connect to a constant power source. Not the parking light.
Nag tap po ako ng wire from accessory then connect sa red wire ayaw pa din, wala po constant wire sa socket ng old corolla
Why the inside, if it's waterproof
I didn't like how it looked on the outside.
My connections isn’t like that i have a chevy colorado and its combined
You might need to get a volt meter or continuity tester to check which wire is which.
Just bought one a slight bit too long but may just fit it anyways.
Hi I buy my self but to long can I cut that light end side please reply me ASAP thanks
Can this item go on the outside of the car?
Yes they can. They are IP67 waterproof
What company sells this led light strip and what is the product called
Lots of companies sell this. Product is call LED third brake strip. Some have different LED types. amzn.to/3JiB40V
Would love something like that that would be just a brake light and nothing else and all come on at once not flow
amzn.to/3geEFkY this should do
I'm trying you way can not connecting respond??
Check and make sure each wire is connected correctly to the right.
Thanks for help
Your welcome
Why my signal can not connected??
Just got first one today in mail, no color wiring id included... great china quality
Yeah. They all are China quality. Some better than others.
@@AutoSensation I finally got mine to work. Do you have to have the lights on, on yours, for everything to work?
@@AutoSensation Hello I purchased a tail wing from ebay that didn’t come with instructions lol, it has a three wire plug that plugs in a box and on the other end of the box there are six wires two red wire white black yellow and a brown wire, can you please give me some kind help????? One of the red wires is very long and the brown wire is long as well
@@MrKenwillis sorry. The best I can tell you to do is to test each wire with a 12volt battery. Red wire to positive and black wire to negative. Now try each wire to the positive and it will show you what lights up. I'm no electrician or mechanic but that's what I would do.
@@AutoSensation yes that’s what I did and I made a note of it. Thank you very much for the quick response.
You are perfect

Thanks
Cool concept but the turn signal shouldn't go from one side to the other. That's confusing to the drivers behind you. Looks like a store window at a vape shop . Maybe other companies have the sequence down better
I agree. Maybe the turn signal should start from the center instead of the end.
Good job GO HAWKS...
Thanks. Go Hawks
Parabéns, muito obrigado !!!
Push the brake and put signal light I want to see the signal lights work
Pinoy ka sir? 🙂
Yes sir
This seems like it a product which could cause confusion and potentially dangerous.
If you turn your left signal on, someone may mistake you for being an unmarked police car with a traffic directory which is ordering traffic to pass you on the left... rather than indicated wishing to turn left yourself.
See I was kinda worried about the same thing. So I’m just going to wire the brake light and not the signals to use it as a stand alone 3rd brake light.

Hi I buy my self but to long can I cut that light end side please reply me ASAP thanks
@@khalidyaqoob6531 No. You cannot cut. There are 3 different sizes you can purchase.
what if i dont have a tail gate light....can i still hook it up
@@raheimwalker7049yes but would be more difficult to wire. You would need to find constant 12v source somewhere then tap into your brake and signal lights left and right.
Hello sir, please how long does the lights last for?
dude i have a car without a trailer hitch attachment. This didnt help me at all.
You can connect directly to brake lights and turn signals. It takes more wiring.
Or to the fuse box in the trunk
Why my signal can not together connect???
