The little girl with the flowers did not die instantly but was severely injured in the leg.
A few years ago, I watched her interview.

Thanks for your input but the little girl you're talking about is Elizabeth Asantewaa. She was a victim of another bomb attack during the 1964 independence day at accra sports stadium and not the onee that happened at kulungugu.
