I cannot thank you enough, Kerry, for making this video. Now I just have to figure out how to make the rotary chuck hold on to the tumblers without wanting to slip out. Also just thought of this. On a slimmer end of the 40oz do a second engraving in that area alone at a higher power to see if that compensates for it being further away. Hopefully, that would not throw the design off.

Loved this! I tried the black tumbler but it would not "see" it at all. I've tried several black tumblers with the same result. Suggestions?

Do you mean it's not auto focusing? You could try putting some masking tape on it

Yes, because it's a full wrap engrave. If it was just something on one side it would be more like 10 minutes. It depends on how big and detailed the design is.

Every time i click start, it pops up saying “There is no content on the canvas, please add something first” i have everything just right. Anything you would know this fix this?

When you select your design make sure the check box for ignore processing isn't checked
