Buying stocks might seem easy, but picking the right one without a solid plan is tough. I've been trying to grow my $100K portfolio, but the tricky part is not having clear plans for when to buy and sell. Any tips on this would really help.
The strategies are tough for average people. They're usually done well by experts with lots of skills and knowledge.
@@LeoLevi00 I agree. From my own experience with an investment advisor, I've got $1 million in a diverse portfolio that's growing fast. It's not just about having money for stocks; you need to know your stuff, stay determined, and be resilient.
@@claircourtway Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service?
@@Elliot-Ivan VICTORIA CARMEN SANTAELLA is the licensed advisor I use. Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
@@claircourtway Thank you! I entered her full name into my browser, and her website came out on top. I filled her form and i hope she gets back to me soon.
I will forever be indebted to you Mrs. Vanessa Kyla. You have changed my whole life, I will continue to preach your name for the world to hear. You saved me from huge financial debt with the little I had. Thank you Mrs. Vanessa Kyla.
I'm surprised you just mentioned Vanessa Kyla here. I met this woman at a conference in 2018 and we've been working together ever since.
I am very happy to see Ms. Vanessa Kyla mentioned here. A family friend recommended her to me when I was in Italy during the Corona crisis. She is amazing.
How did you do that? I'm new to investing. Can you guide me?
SHE'S ON TELE GRAMM
@Investwithvanessa... That's her name
Man you are the best youtuber I have ever seen who makes video for canadian students and showing the best path to everyone and I totally agree with you in each and every concept ... but I wanna suggest you, like you should tell people to invest in Indian market because I believe that it has alot more potential in comparison to canadian and us market and it can give alot more returns in coming 10 years I hope you will agree with this. Keep going you are on the right path man you are really awesome 👌 👏 👍

Aag lagi hui hai Canada me, rents have gone crazy. Forget investing, this amount is just barely enough for living expenses. Difficult to raise family with single income. Canada is not the same it use to be before Corona
Thanks for the disclaimers and sound advice . Much needed 🙏
Ideally i believe we should invest 500 and another 500 in RRSP or FHSA so that we can take full tax rebate benefit.
Once one maxed out FHSA then should invest that 500 more on funds.

Rent cuts out most of the expenses. $950 rent .is it when you share the apartment with someone or is it the price of single bedroom apartment
So many youtubers but i love your content and logical thinking
Interest haram for muslims. Any alternative?
Great content but want to correct you on some things
1- Minimum car insurance cost for new driver is 400+, even for experienced it's 200+ in GTA, I heard insurance is subsidised so it's less in other provinces.
2- Gas cost for car could be around 200+, depends on car usage.
3- Rent 950, not possible in GTA, Vancouver or Montreal if you want an apartment, even basement unless you share it with multiple people, minimum rent for an apartment in GTA is 2500+.
4- Rental insurance which coust around 20+ dollars.
Good suggestions on investment.
Canada is not GTA. And GTA is not Canada. Insurance depends on how many problems you want insurance to cover. Can be as low as $80 and as high as $600-700
But great inputs, thank you. I appreciate it.
@@PiyushCanada no offence, but the audience you are targeting mostly come to GTA, Montreal, Vancouver or Winnipeg and AFAIK conditions are same in all these places, nobody is going to thunder bay, Nunavut or remote areas of Canada
Regarding problems inclusion in insurance,.you won't be getting a good insurance in 200 dollars for sure and good luck on spending deductibles if something happens to your car or someone else's car.
@bathla007 I live in BC and pay $184 in insurance. I have everything Comprehensive, collision etc. deductible is $300-$500.
Although it really depends on where you live, for example in Richmond this would he double.
Your video is really good, informative & to the point. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Piyush it will be great it you make a video of how to apply for jobs in Canada. What are the best way to modify your resume, cover letter etc.
Next video on one of the topics. Promise.
Everything is mostly covered. Thank you for making such "in-depth" videos. Make more often on investing. There are hungry wolves out in Canada like me. Piyush Merwal: Better than any vlogger out there on the Internet ..!

Me still watching while working as a Investment analyst at big 4 bank Canada 😂😂
Hahaha noooo 😭😭😭
Sorry if I made a mistake here and there. Still learning.
Bhai kya faida. After 26 years it will be valueless. Even today one house cost 1million in canada. That time you will not get even a 1bhk in India also with that price. In bengalore , mumbai, gurgaon, pune aacha flats r touching 2cr today.
Aap sahi bata do bhai

Can international students invest in stocks without affecting PR process?
Very informative
well explained reality
How does investing 491$ bi-weekly for 12 months work for someone who just landed here on PR or Work Visa?
The contribution limit for 2024 is 7000$ and for 2023 is 6500$. It would have been great if you had factored that scenario as well.
Good video, nonetheless!

Bhai after bachelors of commerce ke liye koi acche programs ki video banao please
The best part of the video is the ‘PERSPECTIVE’ and the idea of investing/starting from somewhere rather than being nowhere.
Plus the background caught my attention for most part of the video so I had to rewatch it again for the actual content 😂

Hi bro… TFSA account me intraday trading se jo capital gain hoga kya wo bhi tax free hai???
Damn, thanks man. Seems possible
Bhaiya ka international students ka liya bhi
😂 all the best😂 millionaire after 26year 😂
Whats funny?
Not worth it. Putting money into the financial sector for 8% interest for 26 years and only getting 1 million.... We get more return on investing real estate in 26 years....1k a month for 26 years....What kind of idea is this?
I agree with you that real estate if it grows at the rate it has been growing, will yield way more results much faster.
Tho whole essence of the video is to introduce a concept. There is no right or wrong answer.
In real estate you can leverage plus it’s not completely passive…..you can do same thing with trading (use leverage) and probably achieve the goal of 1 million maybe in just 3-4 years
I truly admire your courage of inspiring others. I am learning a lot from your videos. Also, I am flying to Canada in Sep 2024.

Any High yield savings account. EQ Bank is nice.

Investment in 🇨🇦 doesn’t worth it because of high taxation 😱
🇺🇸 stock market is the best for investment .
🤣
You forgot to add Monthly Gas ( petrol) expense for car minimum $250/ month= $3000/ yearly.
Thanm you for the inputs.
Hey bro, i got my letter of acceptance from Fanshawe college, London and my course is Civil engineering technology. I'm coming in Sep 24 intake after my 12th. I want to get into the mining industry after finishing my course and the reason I choose civil instead of mining is that I'd have more opportunities with civil engineering technology. Do you happen to know anything about whether it'll be easy to get into the mining sector after civil or anything about that or any suggestions?
Thanks !
well there is many vaccancy avilable in all sector but they ask canadian experience and that is where the problem is 99% it students don't get their respective career jobs while 50% it job are vaccant then why they don't hire the new graduates it's because of not having canadian experience or not haing referal.
so if there is co-op avilable give your all to get a job in construction site as college doesn't give a dammm about if find your co-op or not. they are there just take as much money as they can you have do everything on your on.
@@PrinceGoit-q4e thanks man! And yea there are 12 months of co-op with the course
@@PrinceGoit-q4ewell thats how it should be. But lately im seeing many employers are hiring fob immigrants for cheap but they need some direct experience to the job. But remember these workplaces are very tense and toxic.
