Hi it is possible to change an expiry date on a teams meeting if you are not the administrator?
Yes, assuming we are talking about Meeting Recordings, then you can extend them. If you look into the Information Panel when you select the Video itself through SharePoint or OneDrive, there should be an option to extend the recording. However, I do think that the Admins can set a policy to limit how long recordings can be kept for, and your likely to still be subject to that policy.
Teams invites DO NOT say the timezone on the invite. This is a major error that MS needs to fix. it tries to guess my time zone but gets it wrong, and I have no way to know its wrong. the only work around is if the meeting host will type out the time and timezone of the meeting and put it in the text of the email.
Interesting - I’d recommend adding this into the Teams Feedback for the Teams Product Team as they do check this:

Unfortunately as I don’t work for Microsoft I have no say in these things 😃
Why does mine not have teams but has community instead
Is there any way to stop multiple incoming calls ringing simultaneously? So hard to concentrate on a call with 3 or 4 more incoming calls ringing in background.
Annoyingly, after all these years, it's not something we can change in the Teams App settings. You could set your availability to 'Do Not Disturb' in Teams, and that does prevent incoming calls and notifications - and you can configure certain people who are allowed to bypass this mode (such as your manager etc).
@your365coach thanks for your response. I am the front desk receptionist in a firm where Teams is used as the main phone system so I can't ignore incoming calls or use my DND
@@oonagh2811 I’d recommend checking out a Teams Shared Number. You can set that up to route to others if another call comes through (like a hunt group) or take them to a voicemail service. Sadly; it’s something an IT Administrator will need to set up for you, but it’s certainly possible and have the calls routed to you as part of the call group 😄
@your365coach I'll certainly look into that and thanks again for your advice.
Great video
Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed it 😀
