I’ll listen to the whole review only if I’m super interested in the album. It’s mostly the classic albums or 0/10s I’ll listen in full.
I've found a game-breaking strat: by not listening to the album and assuming that it's crap, you can theoretically get a time of 0.00 seconds
you have to include the time it take for the neurons to fire in your brain to make an assumption, we can never reach true zero

this is a totally legit run. if you look closely the timer never stops
@@fantano true speed runners will grind the same game over and over to get their times down. safe to say this run is not nearly as optimized as you think it is. get back to me when you have over 1000 hours of speed reviewing on this one record.

Man, he’s got the optimal strats. Listening to each song at x10 speed and still being able to tell what’s going on.
I don't know there seems to be a lot of optimization possible. The choice of album could be better. This is 31 minutes long. Anything 15 minutes or above is considered a full length album. Reduces half the playing time.

Overall a good run, though I will say on your next run you could probably save a few seconds by avoiding mocking the vocals, I think you could shave off a good 20 seconds off the run, but all in all, I think this is a good start for a WR Truly inspiring stuff melon !

this is how a lot of rym reviewers work actually. one listen, drop thoughts on each track as they come, give it a number release review and never listen to it again
Half the time, rym reviewers don’t even listen to the songs. They just either follow the popular opinion, or their whole gimmick is to hate everything without even hearing it.

These are the problems I have with Fantano. Sometimes he gets it right, sometimes he hypes shit that sucks balls, and sometimes he hates shit that's fire. I guess that's opinions tho. It just makes me ragey. 😅

6ix9ine’s song titles look like if a baby tried to think up Friday night funkin song titles. Short, spunky words that sound like a father trying to censor himself in front of his kid when he stubs his toe.
If this Album was called “To Pimp A LeyendaViva” he would’ve given it a 10/10

This is a great glitchless run, but I think Melon should experiment with Any%. A ton of potential for some track skips on this one, could easily shave minutes off the PB

The fact that he's saying "doing numbers" very sarcastically is stupid, because its actually doing alright numbers and the single Pa Ti is actually biggest in the world this week and by a wide margin. Just because its making headlines in Hispanic countries (because its literally Spanish album) and not the US doesn't mean that it's a flop. Bro US is not the entire world.
I know its jokes. I'm not that mad as I may sound. Now that I watched it I really like the review. The album is pretty good and he didn't hate it too much. Yeah he rated it a 3.9 but idk why its seems like that to me, maybe because he liked one of the last songs or that he liked same songs that I did. And to rate few songs with just a burp is pretty funny. It's not as bad album as the rating is, but its Anthony Fantano, what do you expect xd. Even going into the album set up against it, he gave a normal fair review.
The album is not terrible, I actually listened some of the songs a few times, but it's thanks to Lenier's vocals

The WAPAE chant strat was definitely unorthodox, maybe it saves time later
After reviewing the run I believe the run was spliced. There are clear gaps in the audio between splits.
Also the speed listen has to be TAS.
