Ordered mine in May, June 9th was apparently cleared by customs but no one knows it's location, Spain are supposedly sending another to VA and yes UPS customer service is absolutely shocking and that is being very kind,
Mine was supposed to be delivered end of May, now Edgunwest says in July, that might turn into August or September. Who really knows? I just hope it's worth the wait. In the mean time I shoot my Theoben MFR and Vulcan.
@@paperballandpentube had a call from a guy called Steve who is if I heard right an ex copper (Think he said fire arms) he is going to the border force today with VA to hopefully recover the 60 seized L2, out of the 60 only 3 seizure notices had been issued so in reality they have stolen 57, they have eyes on all the L2's, they say they seized them because they are imitation firearms however it may have been let slip or come from elsewhere that a certain UK importer told them Francisco was sending over fac rated l2's as 12ftlbs, so they hope to collect the l2's take them back to VA and check them out, or things to that effect
Well on the flip of that coin the us bound Leshiy2 are tied up in Russia something about sanctions being sorted through. Or something. Many people waited much longer than a couple of months and they showed up. Nothing like hopping fir Xmas delivery and going a couple months more.
It gives me no pleasure to be a "told you so" person but this is a direct consequence of us "taking back control of our borders"!!! Do we have any idea of whether this sort of delay affects all imports from Edgun Spain or whether you have just been unlucky? Do you know if you are going to have to pay an import tax?
Sadly I have heard from a few others in the same boat. No mention of an import tax yet, fingers crossed none will apply. Things have moved recently so I'm hoping that it'll be here in the next couple of weeks. Cheers.
Personnaly I think it's because it's direct to door delivery and not via an rfd mine has cleared customs UK and is sat somewhere 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ to the point Spain are sending another to vector air
Your direct to door point may have some truth to it, maybe via V-air is the way forward. I do have sympathy with edgun Spain, seems issues are totally not their doing.
Hey Barny, ref other sales I've ordered various items for my L2 from Spain and barring the L2 everything has come quite quickly, a slight delay on 1 item but only a day or so, I think it's customs trying to force rfd collection as opposed to direct to door even though legal from outside the UK I don't think they like it and do their utmost to hinder the process, they contacted me for an RIF to be completed and a picture of the L2 both accepted and signed off/cleared and now missing, probably Sat on a naughty step with a dozen other L2's 🤔🤔😁 hopefully I'll have better luck it going to vector 🤞🤞🤞

Sadly no, there are around 60 of then with UK Border force waiting for them to decide if they want them in the country or not. Very frustrating.
