    I'm just seeing this! Ed Gun was ahead of the game as other makers are now implementing modular, and QD- Quick Disconnect .
    Thanks for video! I have personally heard the difference with others and they sure don't lower the Decibels as much as Behemoth!

    Hi, very informative as always. Thank you for the good work. I also have had access to all the possibilities with the Behemoth moderators and in my case I think that the direct connection without the reflex adapter works much better specially for the shorter barrels (250 mm and 350mm) the pitch is also a little bit more muted. The sound moderation might not be significant compared to the one with the reflex adapter but the pitch is clearly different. Again, this is just my personal experience. Thanks again for your efforts showing us all the facts and all the “toys” from the Edgun brand. Definitely one of my favorites. 😉

    Good day! You seem to know the gun and its inner workings quite well, so perhaps you could answer a burning question of mine. Opening up bleed screw on my buttstock does not degas the gun properly. I have the 350cc bottle installed, not the default cylinder. It seems the air is stuck before the regulator and unable to pass through the plenum. The cyclinder has a secondary bleedscrew, however the bottle does not. Do you know of a safe and alternative way to bleed the remaining air out? Ive heard that its possible to bleed air from the gauge section, but until I know for sure.. I don't dare to try it out. There is about 90 bar remaining in the tank and I don't want parts getting launched at me at high pressure, haha. Until I find a way to fully degas it, I won't be able to open it up and take a look inside...

    • @Airbuks
      @Airbuks  Рік тому

      Hi , that sounds like a valve lock issue 😬 I presume you have bleed the bleed screw on the front plug near the connector to the main body , correct?
      Do you have a newer model with a bleed screw at the back of the gauge adapter?
      I would strongly advise not to push the gauge out as this is super dangerous with 90bar remaining in it !!! You could lose finger etc

    • @MonsterMaze
      @MonsterMaze Рік тому +1

       @Airbuks Hey, wow thanks for the quick response! I was thinking the same. It seems like a valve lock on the regulator. Opening up the primary bleed screw (the one on connector as you mentioned) doesn't do much. And as you probably guessed, the gun doesn't shoot when pulling the trigger, nor does it do anything when I press the valve pin with a tool. So the air never actually reaches beyond the regulator.
      I don't see a screw on the back of the gauge adapter unfortunately. Thanks for the warning! I had a feeling that it wouldn't be a great idea too tinker with it at 90 bar. I just wish there was a secondary bleedscrew BEFORE the plenum.. that would've solved the issue easily.
      I have a second buttstock fortunately, so I am able to shoot with that one. But I wanted to take the guage off the broken stock and use it as a regulator gauge. But it doesn't look like thats happening anytime soon. It'll be many, many weeks before all the air has seeped out on its own.

    I have a 30cal leshiy 2 and it is pretty quiet with a stock moderator. Make sure they did not send you a 30cal sound moderator for your 25cal barrel like they did it to me. It was a bit loud until I changed the barrel.
    To check that you have to disassemble the moderator and find caliber markings on plastic db killer.
    I have a relatively small backyard and when a slug hits something it is far more louder than the shot itself. I don't think you actually need a behemoth unless you desperately want to do that movement from every hitman movie when screwing on a silencer. Cheap solution is 3d print more effective db killer.

    • @Airbuks
      @Airbuks  Рік тому

      No I have checked and my original mod is made for 30cal , the original sound isn’t that much compared to other rifles with the same barrel length. As you could see it was difficult to show what the behemoth could do 😉 in outdoor conditions. $500 for a moderator is absolutely absurd.
    This is why I haven't purchased a single accessory for my Leshiy 2. Even my carbon fiber tank is made by someone else. I've 3D printed nearly everything else with carbon fiber filament, including those little red pucks that break if you fire it without a magazine.
    I've made handguards, muzzleloaders, speed loaders, I made an adapter so I can use my donnyfl's that are made for my other air rifles. Amount of money I've saved and no one can tell the difference when I show my rifle. I paint the parts I make. I think I'll take a crack at making one of these. I need to take it to the next level though and purchase a milling machine and metal lathe. The only two tools my shop lacks.
    I think what they charge for the accessories is egregious.
