No thank you - I tried to make this - how many manicotti noodles did I tear? All but the ones I wasn't using ..... Turned out good for my 1st try ... Practice makes you better then the first try ....
Thank you so much for giving me the confidence to start cooking, just retired and I. want to start cooking for my wife that did all the cooking in the house !! You are an inspiration to all !!!
Thank you for sharing your recipe. My grandma was from Italy and her house smelled so good every day! Making your version again for the family tomorrow. ♥️
I grew up in a household with little to no cooking, now that I've moved out I've been trying to make some of my restauarant favorites. This came out beautifully for me! Thank you so much ❤️💖
Awwww Omg I love watching this man! He is so cute and loves cooking like me! I am so going to try all of your recipes! My heart is full watching you ❤❤❤
Idk Sweet Vanessa, I hope not. I'm just heartbroken that he helps so many who don't know how to cook and I know the feeling of not knowing how to cook. 😢😭🤧🌹💜💖
Chef Pasquale, you make the best videos! I watch even when I’m not hungry and by the time the video is over, I want to eat what you are cooking. Keep up the great work!
I made my first batch of manicotti tonight, about 40 rolls, and it was much more time consuming that I thought. The bag trick was clutch though and glad I visited your channel, it made a huge difference. I'm also glad I didn't drink any wine, maybe next time when I get better. Thank you so much for your help, my grandma Cappucini would be proud!
I made this using his recipe and his homemade ricotta recipe, and I gotta tell you, this is the best manicotti I ever had and I spent 2 years in Italy years back in the Army !!
What is the other white cheese he used? I understood the mozzarella but not the other one. I am going to try and make this tonight for my family. Thanks!
I have seen Manicotti in the grocery store and wondered what I could do with it. Thanks for your recipe. I also love the filling hack with the freezer bag. Thanks for posting.
I suppose it's pointless trying to describe to anyone how great this man is, but I'll try. I don't know where to start. I truly perceive him as the Master of Masters at everything he touches and does having to do with his love and passion for food. Someone really should make a statue of Master Chef Pasquale. He'll never be forgotten by myself, and most anyone that has ever experienced him sharing with them, right from his heart, the God gifted talent he was given from up above. I can say that he makes me feel like I'm part of his family, and that I've known him my whole life, just having watched his video's. His dishes are semi-rustic, but gourmet five star at the same time. When I'm looking for something different, delicious and authentic. His channel is always my go to. I'll always find a recipe to fulfill my delectable desires. Anyhow, to end my comment, I just want to thank him again for the knowledge he shares, and his dedication and devotion in trying to touch people's hearts in the best way.
Brushing up on the stuffed shells I'll be making this week.. imo, the best commercial ricotta is the one from trader Joe's, I've enjoyed it simply on toasted bread with a sprinkle of sea salt, it's gorgeous. Ciao Bello 🤌🤗❤🤍💚 Good food is beautiful, as are you kind sir 🌻
I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL! Thank you for posting these amazing recipes with flare and excitement! You sir have just gained a new subscriber. God bless. Cin Cin
He is like very Italian grandfather. I cry to the memories of my Italian family but now it’s my turn to be the Italian and everyone comes over on Sunday for my sauce still do the traditional Italian way always. ❤
I could spend some quality time with this fine gentleman. He's a pleasure to watch and learn from. I love Manicotti.. and this will be prepared very soon. Thank You !
Pasquale reminds me of my old boss Mario of Mario's Cucina Toscana. He was an italian immigrant also who taught me everything about Italian cusine and had Pasquale's chill demeanor about life and food. Salute!
I'm so excited to see this recipe! I had it once a long time ago for my birthday and loved it, but never had the recipe until now! Now i can enjoy it again, and enjoy making it with my mom! thank you so much for brightening my day, love your videos
I just finished making the sauce and am making the ricotta. The thought of making manicotti seems complicated, but you made me see how easy it actually is. Thanks for showing us your dancing style. Thanks for inspiring me to make a delicious dinner tonight.
OMG! I made this delicious manicotti, there needed to be a video of me piping the stuffing the way he described! Either my hole was too big or the stuffing too loose, but it was like watching a video of the 3 stooges, only it was just me! I wonder how many times these professionals have to,try a recipe before it can look easy? Someone answer please! This was my first ever attempt at Manicotti, and I had more ricotta stuffing on me and the floor, than in the shells!🤣 If Pasquale wasn’t married, he and “A Gina”, the Italian Grandma, whom I also follow, would make a great couple! Both awesome!!
I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and I still can’t find aseasalt or ablackapepper in the grocery store? 😂😂😂😂😂 I have been able to find plenty of oyeahbaby! 😂
Awesome video and totally awesome manicotti recipe. I totally love that pan you have. I want one now. I have been the cook at my house for 30 years and I love to cook just like you do. I was told by many people that you need to have a hobby when you retire and mine is cooking. I would enjoy cooking with you anytime buddy. I will be making this tomorrow for Monday night football and garlic bread will go great with this dish. Thank you for the awesome video. Keep up the good work.
all i wanted to know was how you were gonna put the filling in the manicotti. i just realized i no longer had my pastry filler. props on using the freezer bag. now you have a new subscriber.

OMG! Do I ever miss those... I am half Italian and my mother use to make this for us... whenever I go out to dinner and see this on the menus I get it, but of course it’s never as good as my moms..
I watched this guy like 2 years ago, he didn't act like this, seems like he's trying to be funny now. He's taking his shtick from Gennaro Contaldo (Jamie Oliver's sidekick) Gennaro is the best, this guy can't hold a candle to Gennaro. I hate when people try to be funny and they're not - this guy is forcing you to try to laugh. If you want to cook on UA-cam, then do that. If you want to do stand up and fail, then do that. This guy is doing both and I'm losing my appetite in the meantime......or so it seems to me.
Who's grandpa is this? Give him a hug for me. This is awesome!

He sounds like and has the mannerisms of my beloved papa! His videos bring me joy!
How is this man not an international celebrity with his own cooking show? He's the best.
1000% agree!
No Rachael Ray has a show who in my opinion is soooooooooo overrated. What he forgot she still has to learn.
