That’s okay brother, it’s not about how quick u learn stuff it’s about continuing and eventually you’ll obtain the beauty of fluently speaking a different language. Keep it up and I hope you’ve had great progress in the past 10 months since ur comment
@@ssall3879 For your 2nd reply, does this apply to ar, ir, and er verbs, or just one of those, or what? Thank you for these comments, they're helping me to learn as well.
Pay close attention to the imperfect tense suffixes (which would only refer to “-aba” and “-ía” in this short because it’s only about the “yo” form). If the first conjugation suffix for the “yo” form is “-aba,” why isn’t the second and third conjugation suffix “-iba”? Because the “b” is dropped from every second and third conjugation imperfect tense suffix for dissimilation of second and third conjugation verbs with a stem ending in a “b.” For example, if the imperfect tense “yo” form of “escribir” were “escribiba,” that might be pronounced “escriba,” and therefore, the spelling wouldn’t match the pronunciation. If you’re wondering where I got that from, I found that out in a Spanish etymology dictionary.
You are an Angel for making this UA-cam videos! I am learning Spanish as my husband is native to Puerto Rico and I have a difficult time communicating with some of his older family members. I started the Duolingo course but this is so helpful to have an actual person explaining some of these things!
felicidades por poner atención a las acentuaciones del lenguaje, ya que realmente son importantes, ya que sin éstos, pasariamos de tiempo presente a futuro o pasado, y todo por una mala acentuación de las palabras, pero usted ha hecho un buen trabajo congratulations for paying attention to the accents of the language, because they are really important, because without them, we would pass from present tense to future or past, and all because of a bad accentuation of the words, but you have done a good job
Soy de pakístan y también aprendo español yo cualquier español porque yo escucho de muchos personas qué es idioma de amor y esto es también muy fácil idioma aprender ❤❤ yo amor español demasiado mucho Y tues vidéo es muy ayudarme para aprenando hay muchos igual palabras de español en mi idioma Urdu y también pocos palabras de inglés Amor de pakístan ❤❤❤❤❤❤️🌹😘🇵🇰❤🇪🇸
It's easier to conjugate these verbs from the infinitive, or AR / IR forms. Hablar would take the ABA ending, and the other two take the IA ending. Hablaba Comia Venia
Rock I'm ready to learn Spanish its my birthday week ♊ June 6th my birthday I want to practice Spanish while I'm celebrating my special day 🍻¡ salud! 🎂♊
That was great but that was just asking if you know the words though. It would be helpful to have a lesson like "does this sentence require 'pensaba' or 'pense'"
The trick is look at the infinity form por ejemplo estar the ar indicates you say estaba and escribir the ir indicates you use escribia, the ia like querer and tener quería tenía

Explica bien mi amigo estadunidense, pero estaria aun mejor que explique Extranjerimos y Prestamos Linguisticos, el español es una lengua complicada que ni nosotos los que lo hablamos, entendemos del todo.
Zero.. lol. That was a good test. Past tense isn't taught enough
Here you go:
For -ar verbs, add ~aba to the stem
For -er and -ir verbs, add ~ía
These forms only stay the same for yo, él/ella/usted
For tú, add an s
abas, ías
For nosotros, add mos
abamos, íamos
For ellos/ellas, add n
aban, ían

I’m learning Spanish and you are helping!
I'm learning Spanish slowly, now I find out about past tense. I desperately need a teacher.
When I first learned about this in HS, it was a struggle..... Thank you for this

Oh God help me. Why did I not pay attention in class. 😮

Duolingo is very good at learning basics. If you want to have a better grasp of the structure of the language, use language transfer! Highly recommend

Example:
Sing - cantar

Bite - morder
Mordía

I remeber this from school, i think the basis is anything with an "o" turns into a ía. Except the first one
I got 1 right but I really struggle with conjugating verbs. Please make more videos like this. Very helpful 😊

That was great but that was just asking if you know the words though.
It would be helpful to have a lesson like "does this sentence require 'pensaba' or 'pense'"

He completado mi nivel b2
I understand the past tense, But why are they considered imperfect?
Pienso changes to pensaba, but the others follow a clear pattern, adding ia at the end. I would like some insight into the difference.

Maybe tell people this is with er/ir verbs. Ar verbs are -aba
But what they meaning
How to i practice this more? Im bad at this
when i was in spanish class i practiced conjugation on a website called conjuguemos
Why is it pensaba and not pensía?
I don't speak Spanish yet... so I don't understand
But if you don’t write in English how do I know the meaning of the word
Todo pero uno. Olvidé el palabra comparto terminar en "er" cuando en indefinido. Yo digo compartaba 😂
Comparto comes from compartir. Actually it ends in "-ir"
