have you try to compare it with mitsubishi roamer/BT Pearl ? And if you have siemens C4 Compact I think its fair enough to make comparison to with this model (PCA). Same like you I am collector too especially for things called brick in its era :)
+m4h354 Yes I have compared with a Roamer - I have a video about that one...check it out. I also have a C4 and that is way smaller than this phone. The only other phone that comes close to this size of the PCA is that huge orbital portable radiophone.
No I can't say I have cut or broken the antenna from this phone. I have cut a microtac DPC 550 antenna and that was just plastic....but no white stuff.

Do you happen to break the old antennas? oily turn surface white and then brittle?

Is the humidity?, I have several saved cell, and easily broken black antennas
I'm not sure. if its just plastic I don't think it would be humidity.
