Rory was a wonderful person and musician. Million Miles Away still gives me goosebumps. And Maria Doyle has a lovely accent. I really enjoyed this interview, thanks.

It would be great to hear some of Rory's recorded and rejected recordings, they would be far superior to many other people's music, Rory was a hard Rocking, Blues, Folk, Cajun, Country, and Celtic music man, He could rip up and burn any stage he walked on to, if you don't believe me then ask Jimi· Hendrix. No other great band could quite touch the brilliance of Rory Gallager & Thin Lizzy, they were the greatest of all time, I know I was very lucky I got to see Rory and his band also Thin Lizzy many times but not enough times
Mighty man, great album...takes Irish rebel music into new dimensions via blues and rock'n'roll as they were before the excellenct pop music of the '60s got hijacked by the corporate greasy till and mutated into the adolescent pap muzak that needs an elevator to complete its utility as torture chamber accompaniment. Himself and Philo got eclipsed by the media groupies autograph-hunting Bonehead's egotrip.
You can tell he was already sick here, even if he wasnt a heavy drug user, all the life on the road took its toll, the man basically giged non stop since he was a teenager till the day he died, he just stopped for a short time to record the albums, crazy
What a gentleman Rory Gallagher was. Very easy going manner, yet brilliant talent. Unassuming.☘️
Greatest thing ever, to listen and hear this man. The Ireland i grew up in and loved.
what you said is true, I still miss Rory
