What’s the best thing to eat before a race

It depends on the person, if you are talking the night before well any type of pasta with chicken or beef, if you are talking a few hours before the race something light like a toast, bagel, fruit or any type of granola bar. Also whatever you do, DO NOT eat something new just stick to the same “diet” or else it will mess with you during or before the race. Plenty of water as well throughout the week.
