    My teacher from the university turned me on to see (haha) that channel. I would like to learn english step by step and i would like to know as much as it possible.       I think not, becouse "looked" sounds strange, you did not move youre eyes, in this case it would be better to say "saw your chanel", I hope I wrote correct : )

    Thanks! Re the 'at home' vs 'outside home' differentiation, what do you think is the *rationale* for 'see' rather than 'watch' in the following phrases? 'I went to *see* my favorite singer/comedian'; 'we *saw* a movie in a theater'; 'I *saw* a football match' (in a stadium). And would 'watch' sound really awkward in these? Thanks!
    Also, I've heard another rule: 'I'm watching a movie now' but 'I saw a movie in the past'. Does your experience agree with this? If yes, what do you think is the rationale here? What about the future tense? Would 'watch' in all three tenses sound really awkward? Thanks!

      'I went to my favorite singer/comedian'; what I did. 'I went to my favorite singer/comedian' realy see them performing. Similarly for football.
