No, I did not extend it totally. If I extended it full length I would be out of camera frame. The designation 34/20 means 34 ft of maximum platform height. Add to that 6' ft average height for a man gives you 40' working height. The 20 means maximum reach from the center. So at about 20' high you can level the boom for a maximum of 20' reach.
