Low capacity meals…. Brain imploding is in progress. ADHD and chronic stuff means that a lot of things others have as average capacity are either that or high and I won’t know until that day. The way that you describe your cooking method for a low capacity recipe sounds awesome!!
@@bookhuggah I know!! I started the concept of different capacity tasks with cleaning, and I’ve slowly started using the strategy for all the major aspects of my life that I struggle to be consistent with. It’s made me more productive. But I’m also honoring what my body/mind needs and that’s priceless to me, because I used to be soooo hard on myself.
@ awesome. We baked some burgers and some chips for dinner tonight, and I used the stash of spices in the house to season the burgers, so yummy! Thank you! No need to stand by the stove and cook them on top anymore. My legs give out on me when I do that sometimes. This is simpler. Thank you again!
@@SarahMcGloryHome I had a chance to practice with this topic today. My brother and I were doing some errands in a general circle of our town so we didn’t have to backtrack much. We left the third place and I was extra tired at that point. Too many people and mental exhaustion too, and so when he suggested going to a store with a lot of people and not a lot of things that were needed for the household, I explained that I was very tired and needed a nap and that waiting for him to shop was too much of an energy expenditure for me to do at that moment so we were going home instead. After a while of resting, I was able to explain how the situation of the second place was too high of an energy expenditure and that was unexpected for me as well. It set me up for not having as much energy later on as I wanted and needed. It was a good chance to share with him, and he was appreciative of the conversation and seemed to understand the situation as well. We had gone to the bus station, which is a train station, and collected the maps for each pathway they travel currently, and received a couple of applications for the reduced fee bus passes for each of us, and had a good conversation with the bus access person for about half an hour, which I had budgeted about 5-10 minutes of looking around kiosks for maps and collecting information from them, and maybe a small amount of conversation. I grossly underestimated that experience. Ah well.
Wow I don’t know why and how this showed up in my feed but it’s all so motivating and I think this would be a great thing for my brain to use from a work aspect. Ty
@@annamiller2427 I’m so glad! I hope you love the planner if you choose to get it, or if you don’t, that you can easily translate the concepts to your life!
Your ADHD profile is different from mine on certain aspects but damn that planner is good ! And having tabs with labels is just mind blowing, I never understood how people could plan and have to turn pages to find the right one... my brain doesn't turn pages, pages I cannot access straight away do not exist ! 🤪😁 and I never actually put into words that it's simply the permanence of objects that's at play and mine is really bad ! Too bad it's a digital planner, my brain only functions with analog systems.
@@Sypeth Me too! I love the idea of having 1,005 pages to organize every aspect of my life, but a planner isn’t functional if you don’t use it regularly, and I will not use pages I can’t see. I actually go through phases when I can only use digital and when I can only use paper planners. I’m releasing a printable version of the planner on Monday :)
I definitely share as much as possible so people who can't or don't want to use my systems can adapt them to their lives. But I'm also about to release a printable planner!
@@JavaZombie You just need a PDF annotation app to use the planner and every device can download such an app. I use GoodNotes, which works for Apple and Android, but also apps like Adobe acrobat, Noteshelf, Xodo, etc., are good options. Just look for an app that can duplicate pages and rearrange them. Happy to answer any questions if you have them!
hi! thank you for this - it resonated so much 💕

Don't have a tablet or I phone. Guess I'll have to make my own

Will you make a physical planner?
I'm about to release a printable version of this one, but I'm not ready at this point to ship orders myself:)
