In this video, Edelle shows how to harvest chempejak. The fruits in this video were tree ripened. The best way to harvest for consumption is tree ripened.
This rare chempejack was grown and harvested in South Florida. Now is the time to grow your own tropical fruit. We are only shipping the seeds at this time! The fruit is too delicious not to eat 🤤
Nice review! I have four chempejak trees, three different types. The ‘Sri Gadeng’ is Malaysia’s most prized selection. I also grow chempedak, but they are much harder to grow for some reason. Both are considered rare here as far as availability. My only chempejak seedling is from Florida. Chempejak are essentially a very low latex jackfruit. They typically all taste more like jackfruit, but look like a chempedak. They smell of chempedak too, but it’s less pronounced than the pure chempedak.
Aloha from Hawaiian Big Island.
Not chempejak but cempedak lol

Read the title and watch the video, moron. This is a *HYBRID* between a *JACKFRUIT* and a *CEMPEDAK* just as it says in the title and as is mentioned in the video. *CEMPEJACK* is the name of that hybrid.
@@TheMan-xp4cbnot sure u really know much
It could be cheena. A number of people are growing them in Florida now. Cheena is a cross between jackfruit and cempedak. The texture of cheena is just like cempedak, very soft, very sweet, peels easily, and is latex free.
Awesome! I've planted a chempejack in my garden in Orlando. There are mature jackfruit trees growing within a mile of me, so I think it's worth a try. Mine is the Boca variety. I believe that Chena is the most commonly grown chempejack hybrid in Florida, but the Boca fruit is said to be similar. I'm a 'zone pusher'; it's my strategy to adapt to climate change. Although I've been saying it for a long time, the USDA has finally agreed with me that Orlando is now zone 10a.
“they smell dank” looks like fruit isnt the only thing you guys grow😂 Miami fruit is the best!

*WRONG.*
Did you even bother to read my comment? I literally explicitly corrected them on precisely that; this is a cempejack, which is a hybrid between a jackfruit and a cempedak.
@@hoon_sol
There is no chempejak
Only cempedak
It is only a made up word
Just google it
Cempedak has many varieties

Hello. I like to collect the seed or the tree. Please help me. I live near Tampa, Florida
do you sale this fruit ?
Bangkit nangka malaysia.
Hello,im from viet nam,can you give me the seed,? Thanks
Nice, didn't even know there was a Chempejack fruit. Interesting... wishing we would have kept the family estates in Florida more so to plant some fruit trees. I watched recently a man who has property in New Port Richie also who lives in Maine and travels seasonally between his two "farm" lots. Like who needs a lawn when we can produce so much more. Like, my Dad literally started planting gardens in the front yard up in Michigan and I'm thinking the locals like wanted him murdered for doing so and even tried depriving us of our right to farm when I was younger. Sad coming back to this homestead having only a few perennials and trees left with the old barn completely torn down, the coops gone and the greenhouse in rough condition being restored slowly (have new aluminum framed sliders to replace the ones that are wood framed and rotted). Plus planning to modernize post civil engineering studies and inspiration from people like you along with the northern rebels like the Nebraska citrus farmer style. Thinking I'm going to drop the greenhouse floor down four ft and geothermal pipe is the plan too for some tropical experimental farming. Plus see about USDA grants for hoop houses and maybe more. Such a shame though how many conspire against our rights and deprive our rights under color of law and maybe even deadly retaliating for either playing along to stop farming or not exerting our Right to Farm. Unfortunately I was young when first experienced and later wasn't around is Mom and Dad were assaulted and didn't exert their Right to Farm. Crazyness with grandiose, delusional and tangential to the realities of survival implements poisoning everything they can!!! Um... OK... back to learning some more. Thanks for sharing! Awesome resources down there!
