I just love how one of the most memorable things about the Wii is its music. When is the last time title screen/menu music had that kind of impact?

I went to a jazz club with some friends one time and there was a small band on a stage in the corner just jazzing it up. The atmosphere was unreal, because it made everything feel so much alive than just playing music through speakers.
And then someone got shot, but that's not important.

The real problem is not the DMCA, it's how UA-cam and similar services have applied the DMCA - they claim whole responsibility over the content on their site, which is quite frankly, dumb. They should instead offer a clear warning in their TOS that they don't hold responsibility to enforce copyright claims. They have legally gone to court and won with the argument as well - it is entirely UA-cam's fault.

I'm amazed at the sound setup for capturing all the music perfectly but you can't hear any of the bowling in the background, which would normally be loud as FRICK.

The metadata on the album credits "Ben Kidd" on drums - it's pretty safe to assume it's him, I think, because most of the other people on the album are the same people here.

That Trumpeter's got a phenomenal tone and the piano work was pretty juicy, same with the guitarist and the Bari (EDIT: It's a tenor and I'm blasphemous) sax. Loving the saxophone's tone as well. I'm just biased towards that and the trumpet ahaha.
