四川已经连续下半月雨，园子里的蔬菜瓜果泡坏了好多！眼看番茄也招架不住了，赶紧一锅端了总比烂地里好～烤了些番茄果干，炖了一大锅番茄牛腩煲还放了土豆熬成浓汤。吃完菜肉放几根清水面当主食，一天就又这样混过去了～如果能每天都这样混一辈子，恐怕是做梦也能笑醒！

Her haters probably love her the most, so much so it becomes jealousy. The opposite of love is hate. If there was no love in the beginning that probably wont turn to hate. Haters, we too love you because you first loved. We all love her.
@@storytellerChefLoretta its a debate regarding a long standing korean traditional food "kimchi" versus its older changed version of the chinese "kimchi". Liziqi has been viewed as a positive ambassodor for China since they had a bad rep with tourism & environmental health these decade.
So when liziqi made chinese version "kimchi" & claimed it to be of chinese decendant, the koreans who fought wars with other nations are also mad cause their kimchi is different. The arguement carried on to ambasy level i think. Its quite ridiculous. The urban chinese people sometimes wants to claim other peoples things are theirs causes hurt & confusion to other people & the native of that country.
Its just a matter of perspective. Asian faced a lot of hate already living different lives from example the west. Why must they fight each other. The problem is that they fought at liziqi videos. Its a mess.

So, let me get this straight. She can cook, gather items from the mountains, do leatherwork, do tailoring, lift heavy items, makeup artificing, and basically create everything from scratch. What I admire the most is that above all those things I said - she can still stay pretty and have this demure appearance, LIKE SHE DOESN'T EVEN SWEAT. If she does so, SHE STILL LOOK DECENT.

It is a fact that she showed us the most precious and beautiful part of living in the rural life, natural food and traditional ways of cooking and getting things done, but she keep all the pain and not that fancy side to herself. It is the rainy season in Sichuan. After half a month of rainy days, many fruits and vegetables are rotten. So she picked all tomatoes to made some dried tomatoes, and stewed beef brisket with tomato.
1. Dried tomatoes. As you see, many kinks of tomatoes, red, yellow, and so on. Cut in half then bake in the bakery oven. It take a long time, she take it out after one night. If you like sweet, you can pickle tomatoes with sugar before bake.
2. Stewed beef brisket with tomato. Put crystal sugar into cold oil then stir-fry with cooked beef brisket. Then add condiments including star anise, cinnamon stick, sichuan pepper(make you tongue numbing, I can't explain it), pepper, chili, ginger, shallot, garlic, then stir-fry to fragrant, you can add a little rice wine, salt, and vinegar, then add some water and stew for one hour. After all add the fried tomato and potatoes, stew till the beef brisket is soft.
3. Hand-made noodle. When you finished the beef brisket, you can put noodles into the beef bisque, it's delicious!!
Finaly, thanks the fan in her weibo recognized the dialogue.

She said:"grandma, how many noodles do you want?".
