When I first heard Akbar Ali in Junoon( an India based reality show), I thought this guy has great potentials in semi classical and he needs to work on his vocal capabilities and I’d love to hear him in few years from now. He’s beyond my expectations now, the Harsh and soothing voice he’s developed is just going to live for centuries to come. Great love from Hong Kong.

This is one of the finest performances of Akbar Ali and you won't hear such a rendition ever again in this era nor will you witness such a close resemblance between pure classical music of past and Akbari Ali's music. Pakistan must confer the highest civilian award on him and his ustad.
Mashala! Akbar Ali is one of Pakistan's most promising young Pakistani vocalists and, certainly, my favorite. An excellent thumri.
