Great video and thank you for the update on your daily. 50,000 trouble free miles is a heck of a lot better than most VW and Audi products of a similar age and mileage, so you guy's made a good choice.
To all the usual Maserati haters: stop hating and love these beautiful cars! Another youtuber (M539) just bought a 2013 Quattroporte V8 GTS with 200,000 miles and the engine is perfect with no internal wear. Try that on a BMW N63 and let me know how it goes...😂
Your camera presence is fantastic. I remember the early days of Wizards interior reviews and your nervousness was noticeable. You are definitely doing really well now, keep up the good work!
I really like this car, and was quite pleased for you when you bought it. It's truly a beautiful car, and one worthy of a sorceress. Thanks for showing us around, Mrs. Wizard. I wish you many miles of happy motoring with it!
People are so quick to diss Italian and French cars when in reality newer German cars seriously bad in many cases. This was a great review Mrs Wizard and your knowledge of cars is awesome. Thanks for a great video - your undercar tour was superb!
Great review, like you I've got a Levante, unlike you I'm not married to the Wizard...but that's not been an issue so far with 18 months happy motoring.....!
Glad it’s giving you a nice ride and good runnings. Just like the Alfa Romeo , they used to be money oits but the new ones I hear run good but their old reputation lingers , I read one guy needed a non essential part and it took three months to get the part sent from over seas but that was during Covid when everything was hard to get , the problem is not many dealers so yes it’s hard to get things if you buy one and live in the dessert. But glad you have a good running vehicle.
Nice shape. And white paint reflects the heat. I just replaced my front flexible brake hoses this morning. Not easy, rusted parts. They were sticking and getting super hot! I learned how to replace them on UA-cam. See you next time. Thanks
Hello Mrs Wizard, your first undercar review is excellent, you really gave the Wizard a run for his money!!! This Masarati looks like a good dependable car!!! I can't help notice that the Malibu is on the ground!!! Is it actually going to get worked on after decades up in the air??? Thanks for sharing this fun video!!! 👍👍🙂
You have a creaking noise coming from the rear suspension, particularly when raising or lowering suspension or going over speed bumps? Thinking it is a busing but not sure which one is the likely culprit. No dealer anywhere near where I live. It is a creak, not a squeak, if that makes sense.
nice review. one of your two channel intros should add the fishtailing ferrari so we can all live vicariously through you. though the maserati seems more comfy and shockingly reliable
Beautiful Levante Mrs Wizard, love the red interior. The engine is actually based on Chrysler's 3.6L V6 but with a smaller bore and twin turbos added. I believe they're assembled by Ferrari but I could be wrong
Just a guy who knows a lot about cars. For proof, check out you tube channel "I do cars" where he disassembles a 3,6 and compares parts to a previously disassembled Maserati 3.0
Great review! I hate SUVs, but I watched the whole thing. I'm looking forward to your review of the Purple Z3. My wife and I are looking for a fun little car, and the little BMW may fit the bill.
Even though I would never get any Italian cars personal taste is exactly that “personal” and should not be discussed so who am I to tell anyone what they should or should not get or not so mrs wizard whatever you like you go ahead and do ignore naysayers.
Ann Landers was once asked "how do I keep my carpets from showing the dirt?" to which the response was "What color is your dirt??" Something to think about when looking at white or black cars...
My car that looked its cleanest was a gold Alero. Good thing I live in Kansas with light brown dirt. I don’t think any auto makers make a color for Oklahoma red dirt. 🤔
Mrs whiz is like the school teacher you want for your younguns' (and it's crazy she's younger than me) in the late 80's, early 90s, seems like the "cougars" started to infiltrate 😂
Mrs Wizard I would have thought a superb looking car like that would have a good dose of Avalon King Armor Shield IX ceramic coating. Come to think of it all your exotic cars should have the treatment with some of the dusty roads you drive on.
@@ethann_browne No I am not but I have used it in the past about 2 years ago on a friends car and it came out looking brand new he had it as he did taxi work at the time.
The switchgear in Maserati would not be GM, they're part of Stellantis (FCA/PSA) I think they use the FCA parts bin, so Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and probably some Ferrari in places
Great video Mrs Wizard! I thought it would be a money pit but glad to see it's doing well! I guess it might be expensive after 100k miles but you guys will probably have something else by then
That is a lot of miles over 2.5 years. Must have been due to the commute to the school teaching job. Now that the job is retired, the mileage will tail off (I did the same, putting ~20,000 miles per year for 11 years on my 1996 MBZ S320, now on 300,000+ miles and going strong)
Fortunately for you, you're lucky enough to be married to the Car Wizard who I know takes very good car of all your cars. They can be good and dependable daily drivers if and only if the proper steps are taken in terms of upkeep and maintenance along the way and at the appropriate intervals. If it weren't for the car wizard being a factor of the equation then I'm guessing you probably wouldn't be driving around in one of these vehicles all the time. That's actually pretty decent for 50k in 2 and a half years on one of those cars! Like I said they can be made reliable, and really any car can be, so long as you know how to deal with them.
I mean over 100k miles is expected in a vehicle nowadays. I own one and i know its a ticking time bomb. Timing chain and guides fail around 100k. Im at 89k
You're completely wrong about the engine. It's a 60 degree V6. A Ferrari V8 is 90 degree. This is a Chrysler Pentastar V6 block. But yes, it's modified by Ferrari. Maserati Grecale, Alfa Romeo Guilia and Stelvio have the 90 degree F154 engine.. But not Levante.
When I was a kid, and see their cars in the "teachers' lot" and hear them fussing about their pay (I'm not hating, no way I could do that job without catching a felony nowadays) 😂
🤣🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️I own a ghibli AND A LAVANTE LUSSO The center console is a cooler as well that’s why it’s cup holders down in there and THATS WHY U CAN TURN ON AC IN THERE 😂😂😂I have a maybach 2015 s550 with the same goodie

What's sad though is the interior of a loaded Tiguan is just as nice at 1/3 the cost

I own a Maserati and never had any problems what so ever. People just repeat what the haters say.
Aaaaah, Mrs Wizard capable of checking better than 99% of us car owners. You're smart, interested and very trustable. Respect!
There are many more exciting colors than white, but few if any are as easy to keep looking clean.

Most German cars don’t lose 60% of their value in under 2 years
@@adeedaasbecause most people are idiots who believe hype over reality. People pay 30k for clapped out barely functioning Silvias.

Love your work. Wizard is punching well above his weight. Great video
Beautiful car. Thanks for showing it to us.
That was an excellent inspection/review. I really hope you take the opportunity to do this again on customer vehicles on a regular basis.
Excellent review and you DRIVE the thing, not just say you have it. Great work, team.
Watching Mrs. Wizard review HER Maserati, sounds like the Car Wizard, might, have a new mechanic in the shop!
Nice to see a long term review with actual, serious mileage on it. Fun video!
It looks like it has been nicely maintained. Great job with the video!
Fabulous front end design!
Awesome work, great check over Mrs Wizard!

I’ve been looking at a few different ones and I’m probably going to get one I LOVE these
More of these please!
Great analysis Mrs Car Wizard! ❤️❤️👍🏾😊
Great video! I have the same car. Nice to see your take on it!
Good job on the review of the car Jessie. Looks like mr wizard 🧙♀️ has taught you well.

Mrs Wizard, it was really nice to see you doing an under-car inspection. :)
It a very beautiful car. I did see some oil on the drive shaft inner cover at 11:00 though.
Good job! What a really NICE car for a "daily driver"! If my wife was a Mazerati mechanic, I'd have one too!
Love the duster idea,, thanks

I like this video. Wizard usually do this but roles have been changed.
It's a very nice suv. The buttons on the steering wheel will be something using a Chrysler vehicle.

I have been thinking about this car, wondered if You still own it. I lke it. Ask Wizard to fix wires underneath. just for look. :)
Great vid, was very curious about the reliability on that one.
Beautiful car.
I'm sure you were the "cool teacher." Must've been tough making the case for teachers' low pay, driving to the march in your Maser!
Would anyone know how much oil change cost? Thanks
Have you done the rear brakes yet?
I love adaptive cruise. On my Mopar it will work down to 1mph. Then I have to hit brake
You found a Maserati that stays running! For your next challenge, how about a Range Rover?
nice Maserati.
I've got a idea for your touch screen, get some stylo pens, I use them for my phone and almost no marks are left on phone...they are great
