Hi Kalim, really enjoy your videos and the clear and easy way you explain the technical concepts. I buy, repair and sell exercise machines (mostly recumbent/rehab exercise bikes and ellipticals). I find the #1 fault I see is with the resistance/level circuits. Sometimes the little 6v brake/magnet servo motors are bad but in many cases, the fault is within the upper console at the circuit. I would love to see a video(s) series where you explain the resistance/level up/down circuit in these machines and trace the circuits from the keypad down to the motor. Especially the circuit components inside the console that are part of the circuit to troubleshoot when the circuit no longer works as expected to control the level/resistance of the machine. Thanks in advance and I will watch for more helpful electronics repair videos!
Hi. Thanks for the video. We have a couple of 9500hr treadmills with the same error. These machines have a different setup with the dual PCB’s(wax board and controller board). I have isolated the issue and the wax boards are ok… i tested all the resistors on the lower left of the power board and the large wafer capacitor is also ok. Any idea what components to check?

What is error code ?
Check the igbt module. It is probably damaged. The treadmill has been running with a braking belt for a long time

That exactly motor cintroller problem
I mean motor controller that is igbt and some components near to igbt
If you have double card then this error is 100% associated with motor controller.
However in single card this error is due to communication
