Milos remembers everthing year and placingings it’s nuts. He compliments everyone so much but he was incredible bodybuilder. So much knowledge

Milos should start his own podcast. Stop being a guest and start being a host. He is so passionate about the sport and he is genuinely interested to hear what other people do... I think he would make a great host!

Born and Raised here in NYC. When I lived in BK I was paid to do a line up (it was set up) I remember the guy that did it was young like me at the time, but had long hair. I was naive and very young, also cops never told me I couldn't speak to him. I remember asking him about the crime, telling me how they were accusing him of a robbery and stabbing... I asked him if he did it and he said he didn't... It popped in my head because DJ brought it up

This is not true. Your blood sugar initially drops with gh then goes up. That’s the only thing off about this video. Dave Palumbo covers this topic in great detail in he’s show.
