@@danhern1336 lol. Not even in the same league. Annie's range was something to behold. Nicks' was a slightly better than average voice in q great band.
I've seen Heart many times. Ann Wilson is a force of nature and a legend. The fact that she still sounds so good after all these years is phenomenal. Her voice has aged like fine wine! Please play in Southern California, Ann!
she never smoked, maybe some pot, cigs will destroy a singers voice and lung capacity, when I see a singer smoke I just shake my head, no diff than a drummer sticking all his limbs into a wood chipper
Saw Heart at least twice every tour from. 78 to 85. Never disappointed. And all the bootlegs I have of the tours since and Ann's solo tours. A god given voice
@@Truecrimequeen68 I saw Heart at Humphreys for Jupiter Darlings tour. Ann flicked a pick and I got it. It’s framed and in the entryway to my house. I have seen Heart about 4 times and she is one of the few singers that it’s 100 times better live. Absolutely phenomenal.
I cannot even believe this is Hampton Beach! I was born and raised in NH and lived in Portsmouth NH in the mid-80's and promise this was NOT the scene!! We'd listen to Heart on a boombox while sitting on rocks with the crashing waves around us and drinking 2-liter Sun Country wine coolers. While living there we drove to Portland ME to attend a Heart concert because they'd certainly never play NH! Years change. Things change. No doubt one of the most talented female vocalists ever played Hampton Beach. WOW!
No doubt. They should have made it real big. The sound is remarkable, a force to be recon with. Icons no doubt. I listen to this song 24/7. Not just the lyrics but the amazing sound their incredible voices make this song. Love you
Phenomenal. Ann was 71 years old when she gave this performance. Just outstading. And the band nails that moody 70's high rock vibe. Love it. Bravo tutti!
It was 1988 and I was 15 years of age when I was introduced coincidentally to Magic Man. Now I'm 48 and I love Heart to this very day. Ann and Nancy belong together like Crosby, Stills and Nash. Another sad story but that's beside the point. Get your act together girls and come to good old Germany. I'll cook dinner for you!!!
Wow. This is the best Ann Wilson Entourage since heart from the old days. They have so much more energy than the new version of heart. I have seen the classic version in 77 78 80 81 84.. the current group she put together is comparable to the classic version.
Wow! I didn’t know Tom Bukovac was playing guitar for her! Check out his album, Trip the Witch, with the guitar player from Stone Temple pilots. So good seeing Ann do her thing again! She’s sounding great! (Nice little knod to YES in the intro part..)
Ann she ain’t no spring chicken, from 70s now 2021 and still rocking the joint. The genius power of the vocal never changed watched heart from the 70s,and still the passion and emotion she puts in.She stands alone superhuman singing at a different level up a notch total mind blowing performance.🎸🎸💕💕🎶
It's not just that she has a great voice. It's the fact that her voice is so expressive that she elevates any band - even those that are good by themselves - to a totaly higher level just with her vocal musicianship. You know what I'm saying. Take this band by itself and it's gonna sound excellent. But the simple fact of adding her propels it to a stellar level.
What an awesome band! You all hit some kind of magic at that particular moment. A bunch of talented musicians at their most creative, all at the same moment. Magic! Please pardon the fanaticism, just let me go crazy on you.
Even when you miss Nancy's big kick off, this guy is doing a great job and is certainly in the same league as Nancy to me and gives this song his own interpretation and did that just fantastic.
Ohhhh, if I had a penny for every time Anne sang this little gem of a tune, I could damn near stop hunger in a small city somewhere, even if for only one day, they would eat like kings and Queens!!!!! 😌 THIS ISSSSSSSSSSS, The Annie I remember, and fell in love with 45 years ago and still love to this day!!!! Ann sounded great as usual here. I do miss hearing Nancy on this particular song though. I always thought it was so well suited for Nancy and she really made it special. Would love to see the two back together but I know it probably isn't in the cards at this point. I did get to see them once decades ago in east texas. Was a great concert!
Ann Wilson. What can i say about this Angel. When she hits those high notes makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. One of the best female artists ever❤
That guitarist is Tom bukovac. Greatest session man ever. He is covering this tour on his channel. It should not be missed. He includes sound checks and all kinds of backstage antics. Lol.
The "Queen Of Rock" has STILL GOT IT!!! Love you Ann - Thanks for the incredible music and memories of my "Life's" soundtrack. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 000000000000000

Great to see you’re doing what you do, watching videos this morning the classic rocker of Crazy... popped up and I haven’t been able to stop hitting play since. You ladies are etched in my earliest memories as what Rn’R is all about. Evansville, IN, Robert’s Stadium (I suspect you remember that place, LOUD AF), my first live Heart Experience with a spunky John Cougar opening. I don’t remember much of his performance but your set was smoking hot. That was the first of many memorable shows there, thanks for pulling me in. BTW, that original live Crazy from the seventies gives me that warm fuzzy feeling every time. The band has always brought it, I’m happy to say I’m a fan. Congratulations on a beautiful career, cheers!
Absolutely, the single, greatest, female, rock voice--ever. Period. That'll be all.
The greatest is in my opinion Stevie Nicks
