Nancy Wilson is seriously one of the most gorgeous female rockstars. I would go further to say she might be one of the top beautiful entertainers of all time
There are older interviews where they allude to their seriously sexy escapades back then. That's rather cool. It's the music industry, and those two ladies controlled their fate, very strongly, while having a bunch of awesome fun in the process. A lot of women get diminished and/or destroyed by the filth of that industry, however those two persevered. And Nancy still......😋
@@hankgarza4975 LOL... like what? that i had a huge crush on Nancy in the 80's...? Of course i did, what else is new...? Exactly the same as every kid/teen my age in the 80's... no secret there at all "champ"... 😉 On the comment above i was *actually* talking about her voice and the music.
I write this with tears in my eyes as this was the song my mom used to sing to me sleep every night when I was young. I love you mom forever and always ♥️
Nancy is so damn sexy and I'm in awe of her. It doesn't matter how old she is, she has something special in her. It must be her musical soul and the way she channels it to the world.
Yeah, I know. Infortunately, she had a TON of plastic surgery recently and it looks horrible. I'm very upset over it and if I was her husband, I would have done EVERYTHING in my power to stop her. I can't believe it. It's sad
me too...i didn't know she sang this...just thought she played awesome guitar and back up vocals....and her sister was always lead....learned something new!
Remember hearing this song..shortly after my mom passed away..the tears that fell that night...after I went to bed..got a feeling like someone sat on side of my bed..kissed my cheeks..just the sweetest smell that filled the room. Let me know she's still here with me ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Extremely well said. Something about this song (especially THIS utterly perfect version) always brings back some very nostalgic memories of my 80’s childhood.
I love Nancy's beautiful voice. She and Ann are tremendously gifted. We are lucky to have this talented duo gracing us with their music for so long. Grateful
Nancy Wilson just killed this. She’s an amazing singer. I always thought she is every bit as good as Ann. She always gave Ann the credit. She is an amazing woman. They both were great rock women. She’s still a beautiful beautiful woman. I really like her casual look in this video.
As good as Ann Wilson? Well, no, Ann is on a level on her own but Nancy is clearly a talented singer and an excellent guitarist. Her singing, in harmony with Ann, was a huge part of their hits from the very beginning. I always had a thing for Nancy, lol.
These hacks today have zero talent. ZERO. If it weren't for the electronics, it would be well, just more noise. All that stupid crap they do now started with that stupid shit cher did. That thing she did do you believe or whatever drivel it was. Dont even know what the hell that's called, but it SUCKS.
Every generation thinks they had the best music: it never was true and never will be. I was a kid in the 80's and I remember the 60's/70's boomer generation (our parents) complaining about how corporate/shallow/over produced-glossy/commercialized and just tame 80's rock/pop music was. They had a point; I love 80's music of all types (love my synths!), but besides metal, it is more melodic ("weak") compared to much 60's/70's rock and pop. That's why there was a huge reaction to this in the early 90's (really starting in the late 80's) to return to more "raw, powerful, and real" rock/pop with the grunge and alt movement. Once again rock and pop was much more heavy and socially/protest oriented. Then by the late 90's Boy Bands and Girl Bands came into fashion and rock/pop went mostly overly commercial again. It just cycles about every decade; has since the origin of popular music and always will.
I've listened to a thousand tunes during lockdowns. This might be the best of them all. Vocals and harmonies dont get much better than this. Awesome tune.
I kind of got teary eyed from the nostalgia from watching this. Brings back so many memories of my teenage years back in the late 80s and 90s when all I had was the radio and cassette tapes.
I'm in tears. This song is the most beautiful song ever. Nancy and Ann Wilson invented rock n' roll for women and just took it to a level that will probably never be reached again. I'm amazed, this is better than the original. Their vocals blend magnificently and they're both so beautiful. God had a plan, Ann and Nancy Wilson are messengers - kimie
You catch me at the wrong time of the day or night and I would be in tears too my man. Had an unsettling dream 2 days ago in the middle of the night and I woke up and watched the original video. Something in the Earth's atmosphere meshed together when this song was originally recorded AND during this performance. I could go on and on...
This is surely one of the best performances of this song, certainly the best among the officially released live recordings. Nancy nailed every single line here.
You're absolutely right -- the harmonies in this version are note perfect as were Nancy's lead vocals. This is by far the best version I've ever heard.

18 year old and 55 year old me always loved it, lol. But I'm a sucker for a great ballad.
This is real music . We don’t have music like this anymore. Very talented ladies . I love ❤️ all the music from that era .
Their voices take me back to being a kid....when everything was so much simpler....
I know. I feel the same.
How time flys by...
Gareth Williams right on dude....you summed it up right there!
1985! 7th grade
This is so accurate it gave me goosebumps.
We were lucky to grow up to good music ♡
I like this version even more than the recording. I didn't know Nancy took the lead on this. Love her voice. The Wilson sisters are such skilled singers.
Just noticed the same thing with Nancy taking lead on this. How did I never know that?
Yeah, she delivers beautifully in her own right. Especially this particular performance, she's pitch perfect
It's not shown here, but Nancy is also a fine guitarist, very underrated in my opinion.
Nancy was also sick. She recorded it under the weather. Simply magical voices, both.
@@peterswanson9590 She is one of the best!
The Wilson sisters are crazy talented. The greatest female vocalists ever
yep
Indeed. Nancy's voice is beautiful, it just gets overshadowed by Ann Wilson, who is the one greatest vocalists period.
Heart is good but not the greatest ever, remember ABBA, Blondie, pat Benatar, all great female vocalist
SIIIIIIIMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!! Maravilhosas irmãs!!!!!!!!!!!
Ann grown sideways tremendously 😱

That is a fact!
That’s hilarious! And true :)
I learned watching videos that Ann & Nancy take turns singing lead.
Nancy Wilson is seriously one of the most gorgeous female rockstars. I would go further to say she might be one of the top beautiful entertainers of all time
Gotta agree with you.
She f'd me up in a good way for around 45 yrs.
Which is why I'm still here. 😅😅😅
And Nancy still......😋
I believe they share the first place with the Abba´s Blonde and the brunette ! :)
Nancy so talented, gifted, highly intelligent; & her beauty is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! BREATH-TAKING!! No one else comes close!
IM still in LOVE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ with NANCY WILSON she is a MUSICAL GODDESS says BIG STEVE DOSS
Everyone is so well aware of how phenomenal a singer Ann Wilson is, but this solidifies just how equally talented Nancy is in voice as well as guitar
yes amazing vocal range n control - sweet song
Yes. My lord her voice is smooth like butter!
Having seen heart live i would disagree. Ann Wilson is the best most ethereal vocalist I've ever heard. Heart is nothing without her. your
Best version of this great song . Nancy Wilson is the Queen of Rock and Roll . 2024
Every time Nancy hits the "Every second of the night" line with that gorgeous rasp in her voice it gives me the chills.... every freaki'n time... 😍
Me too!
Absolutely 👍
Sounds like you have something else going on there champ...
@@hankgarza4975 LOL... like what? that i had a huge crush on Nancy in the 80's...? Of course i did, what else is new...? I had a crush on Nancy, on Susanna Hoffs from the Bengles, on Ana Laczaio From Cock Robin, on Sandra, on Samantha Fox, on Sabrina, on Tiffany, on Kim Wilde, and pretty much on every gorgeous woman singer/artist in the 80's, especially the blondes. Exactly the same as every kid/teen my age in the 80's... no secret there at all "champ"... 😉
On the comment above i was *actually* talking about her voice and the music.
Nancy does NOT have a raspy voice or even a rasp in it, Ann may.
I write this with tears in my eyes as this was the song my mom used to sing to me sleep every night when I was young. I love you mom forever and always ♥️

I'm blown away by Nancy, her voice and beauty, wow!
Nancy is so damn sexy and I'm in awe of her. It doesn't matter how old she is, she has something special in her. It must be her musical soul and the way she channels it to the world.
The most talented and prettiest back vocal ever!
Anye Lina 💋💪
Let me know she's still here with me ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks very much. I could never afford concert tickets , I was to poor. I played the 33 1/3 vinyl records enjoying the songs over and over. I lost everything in my Divorce. Never go get my personal items. Just seeing your concert brought a tear in my eye. I waited patiently and God let me see the whole band. Thanks. Carry on in happiness. You have blessed the hearts ❤️ of many people. Later.

Perfectly said...ethereal!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
She is such a wonderful musician, beautiful song.
Thanks for the great music over the years!!
Nancy's vibrato is so perfect on this rendition. Her years of experience since recording the studio version makes it such a much more rich song.
Voices has NOT change for 40 years..........AMAZING!
Melvin Matsuhara Nancy voice is deeper. It has changed.
It’s changed, in s good way :)
I disagree. Both voices are much richer now. Better in every way.
Imagine being able to sing almost identical after 20 years. God they’re amazing. Wish I was in Seattle in 2002 😞

Listening in 2023 and Nancy still gets me going even after four decades. What a talented woman.

And a beautiful guitar player
Absolutely brilliant, 80s women out rocking today's generation without even trying.. Stunning...
These hacks today have zero talent. ZERO. If it weren't for the electronics, it would be well, just more noise. All that stupid crap they do now started with that stupid shit cher did. That thing she did do you believe or whatever drivel it was. Dont even know what the hell that's called, but it SUCKS.
@Tessmage Tessera They did, but they didn’t party as hard as us (Gen X).
@Tessmage Tessera My mosh scars I wear as badges of honor. SOOO glad I missed woodstock! (zzzzz)
I was 15 the first time I ever saw them, my cousin took me. I remember believing they were so beautiful, outside in Missouri, the sound was so pure.
God bless you for appreciating them when they’ve been around for so long.
I've listened to a thousand tunes during lockdowns. This might be the best of them all. Vocals and harmonies dont get much better than this. Awesome tune.
Awesome 80s👍

Nancy's ethereal yet powerful lead vocals and Ann's angelic background vocals... chills. This live version is BETTER than the original. Goddesses!
Couldn't have said that better

I kind of got teary eyed from the nostalgia from watching this. Brings back so many memories of my teenage years back in the late 80s and 90s when all I had was the radio and cassette tapes.
It´s like fine wine. My god, this is still stunning!
Isn't it?
I'm in tears. This song is the most beautiful song ever. Nancy and Ann Wilson invented rock n' roll for women and just took it to a level that will probably never be reached again. I'm amazed, this is better than the original. Their vocals blend magnificently and they're both so beautiful. God had a plan, Ann and Nancy Wilson are messengers - kimie
