I have a diamond tester like yours (cheaper $22.00) and I have ones that will scratch a piece of glass, a mirror, have done all your tests, they read 3 and 4 RED on the diamond tester, and I have a friend that works at a diamond store in Burnsville, MN and she also tested all of my samples (smaller ones and medium ones - NEGATIVE on their expensive one. They didn't even have one light of red, also the medium, and my large ones that were your size and 4 larger) THEY ALL TESTED NEGATIVE ON THE EXPENSIVE ONE. POSITIVE ON MINE, and she said they were quartz, and agates. The rating on the MOHS SCALE for 1 - 10 are:. 10. Quartz 9. Topaz 8. Silicon nitride 7. Chrysoberyl 6. Corundum 5. Tungsten carbide 4. Titanium carbide 3. Moissanite (Silicon Carbide) 2. Stishovite 1. Diamond The Mohs hardness scale measures a mineral’s resistance to scratching. On this scale, diamond has a hardness of 10, making it the hardest natural material. Quartz, on the other hand, has a hardness of 7. So, diamond is significantly harder than quartz. I was so bummed when they tested a 3.0 carat diamond, a 3.0 carat moissanite, my specimens I brought in, and a quartz crystal. So, take it to a jeweler that has a real expensive diamond tester and if it tests positive. SELL IT AND YOU WILL MAKE MILLIONS AND HAVE THE RECORD FOR THE LARGEST DIAMOND EVER FOUND!!!!!! Good Luck! I have a feeling you will need it. I would sell it on auction at Sotheby's Auction House for Diamonds, Jewels and GemStones. You have discovered America for the second time, there is a proverb in our country. If you like geology, I think you should start by exploring its basics. Unfortunately, for now you are making an idiot of yourself. I hope this will change with time.
@@kathleenthornblad2361 Y ou know your stuff. Lol tonhave made thus post I would have had to consult my mineralogy books to make sure I remember correctly. If you don't have it, it's called Rock Identification written by Bernard R. Teacher born in Dresden 1924. It cuts out all of the tome and reading that most books have. It is nothing but a mass of index type info. Facts, and all your hardness, density, grain, effervescence etc, but nothing more. It's an index that allows you to very quickly find all those technical details and descriptions on pretty much everything known to man up until the 70s or 80s or so. If you know of a current version with newer discoveries, please let me know.

If he's using carbide bit & using tester, & they're registering hardness of 10 due to Mohs hardness test a.k.a. Mohs scale then how are they anything but diamonds all are Si0 based. I think Citrine is the word he's looking for but not being there holding rocks well gems myself I couldn't sat bit most translucent yellow or orange rocks with a crystalline stricture (lattice work inside) most are aptly dubbed Cytrine. Which is rare as well. So much so so.e geologist forge citrine onto the market by heat treating Amithyst which turns yellowish to orange, but as far as his collection he's sharing if in fact tools being used aren't glitch & bit is diamond well you have no reason bit to believe what he claims is in fact true. Bom dia amigo você é de qual país? Eu sou da Bahia gostei de vê os seus vídeos.aqui no Brasil tem muitas pedras preciosas.essas pedras que você estar mostrando Air aqui as pessoas não conhece pensa que são p.comum.
The first one looks like magnetite, really nice piece.. the rest is just plain quartz you can find all around the world. A cheap drill bit and diamond tester means nothing. Sorry to ruin the fun
If you know a carbonado, you know this ain't it. If you know what a diamond is, then you will definitely know you dont have that either. Fun fact for you all, a rock that attracts a magnet is called ferromagnetic Your tip on the diamond tester is too short because you are pressing way way too hard on the specimen rock that looks like feldspar. If you would like to know what your rock specimens are, then do a density test. You could also use a UV light on them.
Hola, yo encontre de esas mismas piedras cerca s un volcán don durisimas, la corte con disco diamantado demasiado tiempo me llevo su corte, el color no amarillento manchado un poco traslucido, no es bonito, y son pesadisimas.

Ok, cool. They come up for me also, I got a lot. What to do with it. My pawn dealer ain't touching them unless they got a certificate and I'm sitting here trying to clean them up to get the patina off them, or a couple of them I try to cut. TRY is the key word
Space diamond? That's awesome. I just have regular meteorites lol
