It’s legal to pack your gun in checked luggage
Yes and no. You are allowed to check your gun, but it needs to be locked and unloaded in a hard case with all the holes that can have locks to have a lock.
No TSA locks.
Yep, I've done this every other week for years. It's extremely easy and you can even have ammo too.
Just have to declare it at the ticket counter. Must be locked and unloaded.

25 other states have Constitutional carry. While this makes for an interesting news story, there is no reason the situation in Florida airports will be very different from the other 25 states. Also, we're still waiting for the 1980s-era predictions of "blood in the streets in the Gunshine State" and "a gun fight at every fender-bender" to come true. Any day now I suppose...
Honestly it's dumb. Everyone should be allowed guns on board. If your scared, then just make reinforced cockpits

Lots of people like to act like their hairs on fire and spread panic. People should worry more about drugs and the crimes associated with it. 100,000 deaths a year from overdoses and here we are talking about 88 nuns people forgot in their bags. Not a peep about all the drugs coming into the country.
Guns are bad, drugs are bad. Both are bad. US has the highest rates of murder and gun-murder in the Developed World and the most lax gun laws

@altha-rf1et did you know that the D.O.T. can add fees and yet be funded by taxes? They can legally make laws against things and make you pay for it. Like matches for example. Notice how you can't find matches you can flick to light or ones that light when struck on fabric? Well, the D.O.T'S responsible for that. They recently classified those types of matches as hazardous materials and guess what, they charge you fees to have a hazardous materials transportation permit... basically they make money if it's classified as such so they try and classify everything they can and when they do their unreasonable fees make it so you lose money and can't make any money selling such things. Notice how many things have vanished that you used to like, well they've been classified in such a way that it's impossible to make profits on such things. It's robbery.
I say if you get tax money, you can't charge fees, and if you don't use tax money, you don't get to make laws. That's how you keep it in the best interest of the people.
Solution. Don't travel by air.
There is many places you can’t carry a gun. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

Really, how can a person forgot they have their gun, or knife on them what? they just left it in their clothes and the clothes got washed and hanged back up and wore again with forgetting it was on them.. LOL
It’s pretty easy for that to happen I know plenty of people that use their range bag for going on trips
@@wheeliprince12 come on forget a gun! always know when I have my gun on me, throwing starts, and knive, They are the first things that I put on after I get my clothes on that I take off, Even when I have them in my carry bag or my car I know that they are there,

@@wheeliprince12 People do not need guns if they do that or forget where their guns are, I know where mine is all the time, right now on me, even when It is off mine is locked in the safe
